Very nice hotel

We seek out unique and historic lodging. This hotel more than met our expectations.

The staff was polite and willing to assist with necessary information. Donisha was extremely helpful and displayed an eagerness to provide valuable information.

Honestly, Pillows must be of better quality and firm.

The room was very clean, and the location was really useful, as it is almost in front of Fort Christiansvaern and the boardwalk, where many restaurants and shops are located. The staff was also nice. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator and TV.

Not really. The price was a bit high, but I guess that is based on the average price in Christiansted. And this hotel location is very good and you can enjoy the historical building. Some taxes will be added.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Nice lobby, nice pool area. Convenient location to restaurants, shops and Boardwalk. Comfortable bed, good shower. Front porch was nice.

Only one chair in the room and it was heavy and unwieldy. No bar at the hotel.

Lovely hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. Unfortunately it was difficult for me and my mom to get up to our room as there is no elevator. My mom is in her 70s and I have chronic back pain and neuropathy. If you are young and mobile this is an excellent choice.

Cleanliness. The housekeepers are the best. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and loving towards my family.

Great location to make it easy to get to the boardwalk and other locations in the downtown area. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Water in the room did not work one morning which was inconvenient. Not sure what the issue was but had been fixed by the time we returned for the day.

The bed was clean comfortable. The location was good.

The lighting in the room was dark (wrong bulbs). No elevator with lots of stairs. No water on second day of stay and the three day was fire alarm testing in the morning. Neither time were we informed. No working phone in the room. Overall the staff wasn’t engaging.

I loved our room and the beds were so comfortable. I came for a relaxing birthday trip and got exactly what I was looking for...the pool was lovely and so were the staff. Definitely would stay again when we come.back.

No elevator...Stairs weren't bad though and nice views from each floor.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room in general as well as the location of the hotel. I also liked the comfort of the bed and the room on a whole.

Parking is the only downfall of this property as we had to circle many times trying to find a parking space, or we had to park far away and walk back to the hotel.
