Everything was amazing.

This is a small, boutique, family owned hotel. The owners, Chase and Lyndsey communicated well prior to our arrival and were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful with wonderful recommendations. The room was extremely clean, had a small kitchen and also had an incredible view. The outside garden and pool were also beautiful and had an exceptional view as well. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning next year. Thank you Chase and Lyndsey!😀

Advertised as no restaurant so didn’t expect anything, however a water dispenser would be nice to fill a bottle, as it’s far from the nearest store.

Away from the crazy of downtown, at the top of the Ninety Nine Steps. Lovely little garden, hummingbirds, iguana. Nice pool. Rooms had decent size fridge, microwave, dishes etc.

Didnt realize how high up on the hill it was, so it was a serious hike to get to and from town. Recommended taxi service showed up late and charged $18 per person to go less than 1 mile.

Location was up a pretty steep hillside without any instructions we could find on calling a taxi, not much within a 10-15 minute hike of the property.

It was quite the walk up a very steep hill to walk in and from St. Thomas. I wish we were here longer!

The hotel is set atop of the hill overlooking St. Thomas waterfront. A very pleasant welcome by both Carol and Kevin making us feel very at home. The room was lovely, very nicely decorated in clean tropical colours. The view of Saint Thomas was amazing. Quiet location. Not far from Sugar Cane Grill Restaurant.

There is construction going on next door, but it was only durning the day. It did not affect our sleep at all.

The location was great. Yes, it is up many stairs, but that is what gives it the view.

Lovely room with comfortable bed, ac, and bathroom. My room had a full kitchen with coffee maker and supplies. Pool is great but not accessible by handicapped persons.

The change in check-out time would not have been easy for us, so luckily our original reservation was an hour later.

This is a lovely room at the top of the hotel. With cool tile floors and wonderfully quiet air conditioning, it was a pleasure to sleep in the comfortable bed. The refrigerator with its freezer was helpful for us to be able to use.

No breakfast. There was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. TV signals were very limited.

There is no breakfast- must have been a change since I booked. The pool was fantastic! Clean, refreshing, partly shaded with a magnificent view of the port. Management, Kevin, was great. Responsive, helped in getting taxi to airport, great security. Room has silverware, plates, and glasses for a longer stay plus the hotel has a communal feel with lots of books, games, suntan lotion, bug spray to share. Its too far for most to walk into town but the view on the hilltop from our room, which included a dining nook and a full wall of louvred windows, was worth it.

You could easily walk to town from this location, but there were no close by places to eat.

There was no breakfast but the room was equipped with everything you needed to have a nice continental breakfast if you purchased items in advance. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were gorgeous. The owners were super helpful.

Convenient location, beautiful view from private balcony and pool, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, clean room that had everything we needed, proprietor permitted us to store bags and use pool area after checkout time, which was helpful due to a midafternoon flight departure.

Really nothing was bad Only thing to consider is it’s up a considerable hill so walking down to restaurants was easy but walking back up is a bit of work Taxis are available
