Adorable newly renovated boutique hotel. The property managers are warm and welcoming. They have an outdoor sitting area I enjoyed having my coffee in the AM. There is a pool I didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of but it looks lovely. There are steps all around the property so if you have mobility issues it may be difficult. Otherwise I will make this my spot when visiting St Thomas.

The hosts, Lindsay and husband, are so accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay amazing. If I have a question, they respond right away! They also gave us a lovely tour of the incredible property. Everything is immaculate and new. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding so comfortable and fresh! This was such a gem to find!

There's nothing not to love about this place. Clean, welcoming, comfortable, quiet. The owners helped us arrange taxis, gave good advice on restaurants, and made our arrival into the Virgin Islands seamless.

Not a thing!!!

Everything about this treasure of a boutique hotel was superior. We arrived earlier than expected and when we called, Lyndsey said they would be right there to open early for us. The room was beautiful - really comfy bed with lovely, soft linens -- . Towels for the pool were provided. There is a beautiful, well stocked kitchen that we could have used. We even had use of the washer/dryer after a week long cruise. Exceptional customer service!! Spent a bit of time in their beautiful pool overlooking St. Thomas -- even watched the sea planes take off.

Nothing, would really have loved to stay longer

It was beautifully comfortable and delightful . Our family topped and tailed a week’s sailing in the BVI with a stay at the Mary Anne and it was just perfect. We were sad to leave as our stay was too short! Our host’s Lyndsey & Chase looked after our every need, answered all our queries, booked taxis for us, gave us a warm welcome and left us in peace to relax but were readily available if required. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The Mary Anne is the definition of a boutique hotel, a wonderful intimate space to relax and unwind. If there is availability book it, you will love it!

New rooms with lovely decor . We had an excellent view of the city and ocean . Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping . The managers made us feel very welcome and gave us helpful suggestions on where to dine and go . They gave us a tour of the hotel when we arrived . There was a kitchen and washer/ dryer for guests to use .

Clean, quaint and bright. I hate to rate this high just for the fact this place is about to blow up once the word gets out how nice is it’s and I’ll never be able to get another reservation! Lindsey and Chase were great hosts, responsive and accommodating. The hotel is adorable and everything feels fresh and new. We intentionally didn’t spend a ton of time on property, but would be a great spot to rent out for a family vacation. Loved the shared kitchen and the ability to use a washer/dryer before we returned. Having parking was also a plus for our last minute decision to rent a car.

The rooms and common areas were decorated and furnished beautifully with modern amenities, and without sacrificing the historic charm and beauty. Super comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Unparalleled views from the rooms and pool terrace. Great location as it is within walking distance of historic landmarks (the 99 steps) and the main strip in Charlotte Amalie. Cannot wait to visit again!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The views were stunning, and its central location made it easy to explore St. Thomas. Multiple beaches, bars, and restaurants were not to far away, offering plenty of options for relaxation and dining. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I booked The Mary Anne USVI Boutique Hotel for a friend's 40th birthday. Wow! What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is just above the 99 steps. It offers a rooftop pool with spectacular sunset views and comfortable rooms. It features an intimate experience with access to stunning views and trendy surroundings. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Charlotte Amalie. Guests can easily explore nearby restaurants, shops, and bars, making it a perfect base for enjoying both relaxation and the vibrant local culture. I highly recommend staying at the Mary Anne!

The location was perfect and the property looked exactly like the pictures. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Lyndsey and her husband and were also given a tour of the property which has an awesome view of downtown Charlotte Amalie. The team is very friendly, accommodating and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations on places to visit or eat. The Mary Ann is so close to Main Street that it only took me about 5-10 min to walk to Main Street from the property (via the 99 Steps and Hotel 1829). The room was spacious, clean and fully stocked with the essentials. Most importantly it was quiet and the bed was so comfy. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking to travel to St. Thomas.
