Annie and Vincent were so friendly, they are amazing and helpful. They even had a cute surprise for our honeymoon, which made our day. Also, the rooms have everything you need. The breakfast is delicious. Don’t hesitate, book this stay

The only negative thing about this stay was that the room was on the ground floor. It hat quite a strong smell and no windows - based on the other reviews here this only affects the ground floor room. We asked to switch on the first day but sadly they were fully booked.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful! Breakfast is great, always fresh and warm. The location is very nice for sightseeing.

Room is super tidy and clean. The location is perfect since it is right at the heart of HCM city. Several mins walk to the famous spots. We were served snack while check in and free breakfast. Love the experience and will sure stay again once come back.

I loved everything about the property, the location was excellent, everywhere was walking distance, the room was sparkling clean, bathroom was clean, the staff were so nice, especially Annie and her assistant, always listened and solved my queries, went above and beyond To provide free breakfast, doing laundry and arranging transport. I would highly recommend Annie house to anyone that is looking For a clean and convenient place in Ho Chi Minh City.

The location is close to the attractions but it's located in the middle of a busy intersection... It's a bit stressful to cross the streets 🥹

It exceeds my expectations. It's clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast option is perfect. You'll be full to start your day. You got a tray of fresh fruits and yogurt too. They also give it to you as a welcome. So perfect. Also, there's an elevator. And you can take an umbrella when you go out for when it rains. The TV in the room also got Netflix.

The location was excellent. We wanted to try a home stay property and this fitted the bill for 2 nights. It is located on a quiet alleyway off a main road, you would never believe how quiet it was, it was lovely to escape the noise for an hour or so before going back out.

Everything was great!

Annie was great from the moment we arrived. She shared with us the main sites to visit and shared few great places to eat local food. The room was small but reflected exactly the pictures on the website, clean and with all the essentials. Very good!

Annie House is a brand new property so everything is good and clean. Located at a prime location, easily accessible. Annie is a lovely host and welcomed us with a beautiful fruit platter which was unexpected in a nice way. The breakfast options were good. She provided good information about the places to visit in and around the city. Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The apartment was beautifully clean, with lovely real plants and excellent A/C. We are vegan and the host was so accommodating of this! There are several vegan options on the standard menu. They also serve delicious fresh fruit every morning and have Netflix on the televisions and umbrellas to borrow! Annie and her staff were the very best part about the stay. They were always lovely, helpful and gave us travel recommendations. We arrived early at the house and they even let us check in early and stored our luggage safely. If you are looking for a safe, clean and cosy place to stay in a quiet lane of District I, your search is over!

Taxi drop off was at the entrance to an alley which a short way down was the hotel but not insurmountable

I stayed at Annie House in Ho Chi Minh and it was an amazing experience! The staff is always friendly and helpful, at any hour of the day or night. The place is very cozy and clean, and even though it is located in a busy area, it is quiet and allows you to rest peacefully. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to feel at home even when far away.

The wonderful greeting when I first arrived. The delicious welcoming fruit platter. The wonderful spacious clean room. Nothing to dislike about this place. It is in a gorgeous little side road with so many yummy places to grab food from. And right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh.
