I did not like the layout of the bathroom. There was no privacy as you can hear everything from outside the bathroom. The room is not soundproof, you can hear the cars and you hear everything that is happening in the hallway like the doors of the other rooms, the conversations, and the carts of the housekeepers.

location, staff, easy check-in and check-out. They even let us keep the luggage with them after check out to explore the place more before we catch the flight which is really nice of them. I would recommend this hotel but not for light sleepers.

Pool is not good at all.

The hotel is new and clean, perfect for a luxury sleepover after a long, tiring day. However, it’s not really the place for leisure or spending time inside the hotel itself. Recommended if you need a comfortable night’s stay, not for a full holiday experience.

Very beautiful, modern hotel with an amazing sea view and perfectly located near the beach. There was a wide selection of food options at breakfast and a breathtaking view from the rooftop restaurant. The staff were very friendly and gave good customer service.

We were disappointed with the staff at this hotel. First, they forgot to book our hotel pick up and when I called them from the airport they were rude and questioned whether I even booked one (even though I had direct e-mail confirmation from them). Upon check in they kept apologizing but did not really do anything to compensate us for the error (other than send a fruit plate to the room). A room upgrade or a food/beverage or spa credit would have been nice but they did not offer any of that. As we were checking out they offered free transport back to the airport - except we were not going to the airport! We also had issues with the pool staff (rude attendant) and the restaurant staff (took 30+ minutes for us to get two drinks). The pool was also a disappointment - all in the shade with cold water. We only used it for 5 minutes to take a picture and did not enjoy the experience.

Awaken is a lovely hotel with a great location. Our room was clean, spacious with a lovely view of the beach and the city from our balcony. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The rooftop restaurant had a great view and vibe and we enjoyed the proximity of the beach.

The gym wasn't air-conditioned so it got very hot.

The hotel has excellent facilities and it was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beach was very close. The staff at the pool and roof top bar were very attentive.

While rooms felt as a 5 star the rest like restaurant and reception were soulless. Reception is like a big empty room while breakfast room felt more like a canteen. Lots of food variety but would mot say best quality always. Too crowdy. and noisy for my taste. Bar on 25th expensive as compared with others in the area and cocktails not good.

Very new rooms with all u need in a 5 star hotel. We had a family room very conformable and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful all our stay in all hotel. Nice view to the ocean and in not so noisy area. Pool was very nice, view drinks and not crowdy. Beach in front and walking distance to attractions of Da Nang.

It didn’t matter whether you had the don’t disturb sign on or off, cleaners will nock the door regardless and will wake you up daily quite early. It was particularly annoying to me as I can’t get back to sleep after waking up. Another downside is their restaurant where they give you a voucher for 200k. It’s super pricey given local restaurants prices, food is mediocre, and they don’t include VAT in the menu so it’s practically a scam (I’ve not encountered this in any restaurant or hotel neither in Hanoi, Saigon, nor Danang), I would avoid it at all costs.

Rooms are spacious, clean, with nice view over the beach and had the required amenities. The swimming pool was lovely.

Most of the staff are nice. However, the staff at the pool were not happy about my kids playing at the pool.

Location is convenient. Right by the beach. We stayed at the family suite and it’s very spacious. Indoor pool that looks out to the ocean.

The cleaning could be done better (and the bedsheets should be changed from time to time). Also, the staff shouldn’t disturb with suggesting a cleaning when the ‘do not disturb’ mode is on.

The ocean view is amazing, the massage in the local SPA was good, as well as the rooftop restaurant with Italian cuisine.

The drainage in my shower was a bit slow so there was a situation of slight flooding.

The hotel was located near the beach and there was a 24/7 mini mart right across the street. Local restaurants were just 5 minutes walk away. The view from my room was lovely and bedding was comfortable.

The bathroom was situated in the middle of the room which was abit weird and tight, the sink was in the room which was not good. breakfast was not good as majority of options were asian cousin and pork foods with very limited Halal options of being only bread and eggs.

This is trully one of the best hotels we stayed in veitnam . The room was specious, clean, comfortable bed, very good wifi, staff friendly, perfect location we walked out for dinner at beach restaurants and enjoyed the breeze and fireworks, quite room.

Hotel restaurant only offers breakfast buffet which is good and changes menu everyday, hope we have other options other than the BAR in 25th flr (hope im Not mistaken with the floor number)
