Verified reviewStaff the very very best. They could not do enough for us. Very lovely people running the hotel. Location of property excellent as in a very quiet area. We were invited to share their New Year celebrations. The hotel is very beautiful. A lovely stay.
The only thing was the beach near them was not controlled by hotel and unless you had your own chairs we had to sit on sand. If they had chairs at hotel to use would have been perfect.

Far from the center. Breakfast a la cart that was just boring. Not much to do around the hotel. Pool was small and cold next to eating area.

Our hotel location is not far from city center , it takes around 7 minutes (10 minuites maximum). Some of our guests go to the city center by bicycle as well. We serve a la carte breakfast which has choices (European & Asian dishes). During low season period (depends on occupancy) we serve a la carte breaakfast but we offer with choices. But we just known that you were unsatisfied for a la carte breakfast menu. So sorry about that. Concerning with our hotel location, our area is close to the cable car station to Vin Pearl Land which is one of tourist attractions places. And also island tours , boat trips and diving tours are nearby our hotel areas. Our pool is next to the restaurant and mostly our guests enjoy pool in the afternoon. Of course water in the pool is quite cold because now cold season in winter time here (near Vietnamese Tet New Year time). I am explaining you with more information which is based on your point of view about our hotel. Anyway, so sorry again for any inconveniences during your stay with us in here. Verified reviewBeautiful hotel. Lovely, comfortable room. We enjoyed a connecting family room and the bath was great. Smart TVs were another added bonus. For us the location was OK as we wanted to be near Vin Wonders but other than that there is nothing really around the hotel so we had to get taxis into the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check in and late check out which was very appreciated.
Breakfast could be improved. Very slow service and disappointing coffee for Vietnam. We ate in the restaurant one evening and that was quite disappointing too.

Verified reviewSuch an amazing hotel, I wish I had stayed longer! absolutely loved my room, it was very clean, spacious, beautiful decor and interior & it had a smart TV. The staff were amazing, the best service in everything they do. Special mention to Aung & Xuan. If you’re wanting a nice, quiet, and relaxing hotel, this is the perfect spot as it’s not too far out or into the busy areas.

Verified reviewGood price for the room quality, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Close to the local markets and food shops. Nice and Quiet neighborhood as well. In walking distance to Vinpearl and the Institute of Oceanography.
A little bit far from the main attractions but can be fixed with grab or in our case: motorbike rental. Only 150k a day and we were zooming around town.
