Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after it's moderated to comply with Booking.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
After a review has been submitted, you can modify it by contacting Booking.com customer service.
We'll use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content, and for the property responses to that content.
We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both guests and properties.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaBalcony was tiny. One plant literally took up 1/2 of the balcony. Outside view was staring at decrepit buildings. It should not be advertised as a room with a balcony.
Fantastic location. Shiny clean. Kitchenette was nice. Good sized room.

GermanyThe alley is under construction, but we were warned before our stay. It was actually giving the stay an extra experience. During the night it was calm, but sleeping in long was loud. Two security doors can be operated by magnetic cards. The alley gets fairly dark at night. I as a man did not feel uncomfortable, but my girlfriend felt uncomfortable at night time.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city. Everything is conveniently reachable by walk. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. It had fridge, electric plugs, small kitchen, water kettle, shower, etc. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and communicated very well via Whatsapp.

MalaysiaNo view from the room and no smoking even with a balcony attached
The property was located strategically near the Backpackers street (where the nightlife is) and the local street that has some of the best food in Ho Chi Minh City!

SpainThe only small annoyance was that the power outlets were a bit loose for European mobile chargers, so you have to plug it in a strange angle to work.
I really loved the room and the facilities in general. The staff cannot be any nicer or efficient, they are always reachable for anything you need and also check on you to make sure all is ok, you always feel well taken care of. On a side note, I'd also like to mention that Christina's partner, Onetrip, offers truly awesome tours in several cities. I've done 6 of them and they were excellent!

GermanyThe mattress was to firm - but that is personal. The kitchen could do with a little more equipment (only one wine glass there? a pan would be good, mugs..) the bathroom that is separated only by glass from the main room doesn't give a lot of personal space... but we still enjoyed the tiny living concept!
The tiny apartment room is well done. Everything you need is there. Location was a bit hard to find- make sure to get good instructions! But thanks to the little alley it was quite at night. It was cleaned every 2 days and it is awesome to have a washing machine and a dryer at the premise. Easy communication with host via the booking assistant. very close to the pub/ walking street with all the bars.
