So clean! They have thought of lots of little things to make it a great stay. Filtered water is a massive plus, which meant not having to buy water. They had blockers under the door so bugs couldn't crawl under. Tucked away in a cute little alleyway, surrounded by locals with a great vibe. Such a quiet location with so many delicious local food places to try. Laundry service made life easy. Great communication too.

The hosts were so wonderfully hospitable! Made me feel at home from the moment I entered the home stay, and were so helpful and accommodating to my requests. The room was very clean and had all the facilities I would look for as a traveller (e.g. fridge, aircon, clothes rack, shower amenities) and even an installed tap for distilled drinking water! The layout of the room is evidently thought through, and centred around comfort and convenience. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, yet still nearby many convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee places. I felt safe walking around even later at night. I had an exceptionally comfortable and peaceful stay.

Nothing bad

The apartment is very clean, with no unpleasant odors — crystal clear cleanliness, beautiful renovation, tasteful decor, a comfortable mattress on the bed, a lovely balcony, hot water, a microwave, a hairdryer, and an iron. Upon request, the host also provided a stove. The area is very quiet at night, despite being close to the city center. The host is an amazing person — he speaks excellent English, is responsive, polite, pleasant to talk to, and it’s clear he loves his hotel and his work. He keeps everything clean and cozy.

Room was nice, the older lady is extremely kind even allowing us on her roof (her home essentially) to watch the military planes fly by during the parade (this was a very specific circumstance, I don't think she regularly lets people do that).

It’s not sound proof at all, I don’t know where the noise came at night, I believe from an air conditioner unit, I barely slept, even with ear plugs I could hear the noise. Also, the mattress was rock hard, it gave me back pain.

It was very clean, situated in a safe neighbourhood, with lots of shops around. The entrance has a key so you feel safe. The staff is nice.

The only downside is that it is about a 30 minute walk to the main area, however as the city can be quite busy, it’s a nice break to be in a bit of a quieter area.

We loved that this property was down a quiet alley away from the hustle and was very spacious, comfortable and clean! Fans and aircon worked well and access was easy. A lot of modern features and lovely hosts.

The distance from city centre is around 20 minutes walk, or 2-3 Euros with a Grab taxi. The shower could have a curtain.

The bed is VERY hard and somewhat uncomfortable which was a shame. We had to ask for extra pillows as there was only 2 provided. There was also a strong lemongrass smell which was overpowering but this was rectified once we commented on it to the staff.

This a great little homestay just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all of the main sites. There are lots of food options close by too. The staff were helpful and helped us to check in when we arrived late from the airport at midnight. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend.

The people are very friendly and helpful! We arrived at midnight and they waited for us and let us check in. The location itself is in a quiet neighborhood, a tiny bit far from the city center (~ 30-40 minutes walking), but no problem with a grab. The room itself is clean and comfortable.

I had a fantastic experience! Lovely host, extremely clean apartment (the cleanest among the 10+ accommodations I stayed in Vietnam) and accessorised with all the amenities that you usually find in a hotel + fridge and microwave. Quiet at night as it is in a side alley but close to all the shops you might need. The only thing to consider is that it's a 20 min walk from the main Central touristic area, but it can be covered by a 2€ Grab ride or by just taking a nice stroll. I extended my stay here and I definitely recommend it!

The only reason I didn’t give this accommodation a 10 was the bed. I hardly slept in 6 nights as the bed was like a stone. The tiled floor was softer. I would wake up in pain after a couple of hours. It’s the worst bed I have had in Asia. Please get some foam toppers for those that cannot sleep in this bed.

I’ve been travelling Asia for 3 months and this was the cleanest property I have stayed at. I loved the filter water tap and finally a full length mirror.
