We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaI don’t have anything I didn’t like about this stay. I knew exactly what I was going to because of the owners honesty from the time we booked.
This gave our family a real taste of Vietnam. It was truly a very special experience. We were shown around the plantation and got to eat fresh passion fruit straight from the tree. The onsite small cafe was tasty and big size meals. It was also right next to a school so we got to see some of the school children. It was really special

Czech RepublicOriginally, we came to this area for one night to relax from the hustle and bustle of Saigon, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights. The place is truly magical, and you will hardly see any tourists here—only kind, smiling local people and plenty of fruit, especially coconuts. Thuan is a very friendly and caring person. He speaks perfect English, which really helped us to get at least a glimpse of the local culture and way of life, especially during a private trip on the Mekong River, which I highly recommend. The next day, we went on a bike ride and visited a local coconut processing workshop (nothing goes to waste here). One of the most unforgettable moments was when we visited local school children—it was an incredible experience that touched our hearts. Whenever we were hungry, his sister Thuy cooked us excellent Pho or fried spring rolls at her restaurant. We are glad we chose this place and we hope to return here in the future. Wishing you good luck in your lives from the Czech Republic.

AustraliaNothing all good.
Thuon, the host is a great guy. He can't do enough for you, always with enthusiasm and a smile. His free bicycle tour is informative and has great scenery. His boat tour is worth doing, involving river, small canals tuk tuk ride, fireflies and at your cost dinner at a riverside restaurant. We stayed in the apartment and it was comfortable. You can eat at Thuons sister small restaurant close by. The location is rural, it is a working coconut farm. You will be the only tourist in the area and will.experience true Vietnamese rural life. It is quiet and relaxing, you will have ducks and chickens as your neighbours. It is truly different and wonderful. Great value, free breakfast, free coconuts at anytime, free bicycles and free use of a motor scooter, plus the free bicycle tour.

VietnamA wonderful experience for anyone who loves exploring nature and the countryside of Bến Tre. I joined a one-day tour and got to do it all: riding a motorboat along the Bến Tre River, paddling a small sampan through the canals, taking a tuk-tuk ride, visiting a traditional mat weaving workshop, and cycling through peaceful rural villages. What stood out to me was how long and immersive each activity was — you don’t just get a quick glance. For example, the motorboat tour took nearly an hour, cruising along wide stretches of river lined with coconut forests. And at night, you can even see fireflies — absolutely magical. Compared to typical commercial Mekong Delta tours, where boats are crowded and only travel short distances on narrow, busy canals, this tour by anh Thuần is much better suited for those who enjoy relaxing, slow-paced journeys and want to truly soak in the natural beauty without the tourist crowds. Anh Thuần’s family is incredibly kind and welcoming :”> They gave me detailed directions, and anh Thuần even picked me up on his motorbike from the bus station and later rode me 10km into the city under the hot midday sun — such hospitality! I traveled solo but never felt lonely, as I got to ride bikes with his family, visit temples and local markets like Mỹ Lồng, and rest together under the trees sharing drinks. It was such a warm, heartfelt experience — a genuine connection with the lovely, down-to-earth people of Bến Tre. Just a heads-up: the farm is quite far from town, so food options nearby are limited. It’s best to rent a motorbike to reach more populated areas with restaurants.

United KingdomNot applicable. It was a perfect stay.
Thuan is a very attentive host, and helps in whatever you need. We did carry luggage, so Thuan arranged for a small coconut mini truck for us to get to the farm ... it was a fun ride :) The coconuts were awesome, and we could have a lot of them, which our daughter enjoyed. Also, Thuan's father gave a lot of fruits from the farm - banana, passion fruit, mango (everyday) We went on the local walk around the farm and village, which was nice. This place was nice and relaxing, and we could enjoy some nice family time, away from the city and busy life.

Really enjoyed my time here. T is a great host and tour guide. He was very welcoming and accommodating to my last minute booking and was able to pick me up within a couple of hours. His English was great and it was a pleasure learning from him on Vietnam and his village. Wifi was great, place was clean and food at cafe tasty with a home cooked vibe.

Unique experience of rural Vietnam. The host is very nice and helpful. We went with two small kids (4 and 7) and they loved it. It was safe and welcoming. I recommend doing the boat tour and the biking experience in two separate days. The farm is next door to a primary school, so our kids exchanged some moments with the local children. A major highlight of our holiday.

AustraliaThe accommodation was a dream! Our host Mr Tee upgraded us for free, as the apartment seperate to the house was available. Mr Tee picked us up from our bus stop in Ben Tre and transported us directly to the accommodation. We were greeted with fresh coconut and told we could drink and eat as many coconuts as we’d like and gosh did we! So delicious. We were also able to order food from the his sisters restaurant around the corner and was delivered to our apartment. Mr Tee was an amazing host but truely a beautiful person too. We took his offer of a complimentary bicycle tour with himself the following day. Visiting coconut farms, visited temples and exploring the village we were in and visiting a near by town for a look around the markets. We also booked and paid for his boat tour were we travelled around by boat, small canoe and Tuktuk. We visited many workshops we were able to sample or have a try at making the product with no expectation to buy anything. We visited a honey farm/ cafe, sipping before honey tea. Got to help make traditional mats and chopsticks with locals (would go back and work for free to spend time with those we met and experience more of their culture). We explored the rivers and eat at a beautiful spot along the water for sunset. We had two nights at the coco happy farm and wanted more time. Ben Tre is a lovely place to want to spend more time at but we would return just to have more time with Mr Tee. At the coco happy farm it’s not just accommodation, it’s an experience. An experience we highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit and stay in Ben Tre 💚🥥 Our photos: Meeting locals, best Pho from Mr Tee’s sisters restaurant, bicycle ride, garden at the apartment

SingaporePeople who don’t like bugs should bring bug spray because there are mosquitoes and ants.
Thuan, our host, was very friendly and spoke good English. He told us a lot about the farm, his family and the surrounding area. The bicycle tour on the second day we stayed was free: Thuan took us to a market, through dirt paths, and sides of roads. Even though it was bumpy along the way, it was very fun and exciting for the two kids (age 10 and 12). The food at his sister’s restaurant was very fresh and yummy, and the tiger prawns were awesome. We also went on Thuan’s private boat tour and tried mat weaving and making chopsticks. On the tours we took, we did fun activities and ate interesting foods such as fried frog (It tasted like chicken!). At the house, we met a lot of friendly pets, such as a cat that came to our house and rolled around on the ground for us to pet.
