Absolutely beautiful place, lovely rooms, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was great. Just a short walk to the old town where everything happens (lanterns, food, boat rides, shopping, night market). Breakfast was great too. Will definitely be coming back to Hoi An and will definitely be coming back to cozy hotel. PS- the Thai massage is a MUST!

The breakfast was delicious, the pool very lovely and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and informative. The location, away from the busyness of central Hoi An, was ideal. Hanna was a very helpful staff member who gave us great suggestions!

The property has a great local Vietnamese touch to it. It’s gorgeous, staff are lovely, everything was just perfect. Front office staff Anne Li Thou was just a legend - so helpful with her tips to go around, and was so kind and generous. She made our stay memorable!

Hotel staff is very kind .

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and the location was good with easy walking distance to the river and night markets. The free bikes were a great bonus. Breakfast was very nice.

If being picky, the only extra needed would be to supply hair conditioner as well as shampoo.

Honestly loved it

Lovely hotel within a 10 min walk to the historic old town. The breakfast was very good and our room was well appointed. The staff members were warm and kind. It was great to use their bicycle to visit the beach town. Rooftop pools is a bonus.

Great place to stay in Hoi An

It’s a bit far from the main strip

I chose the Cozy by its location really - just on the outskirts of Hoi An old town. It was the end of 2.5 weeks of travelling Vietnam north to center, rainy bike drives, caving tours, jungle hikes - and we wanted a good restful Hoi An time before the 23 hours trip back home And Cozy it was!! The incredibly helpful and forthcoming staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant but without being pushy, the place is clean and comfortable, great food - all you need On the checkout day we had to leave at 5.30 AM to Da Nang - we found breakfast boxes waiting for us!! I strongly recommend the Cozy

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was out of the town centre, which was a 5 min walk away, so was nice & peaceful.

Breakfast was served in a nearby sister hotel.

Cozy Boutique Villa and Cozy Savvy are next door to each other and run by the same people. We stayed in the Villa but had breakfast and used the amazing roof top pool in Savvy. Our bedroom was a lovely size with a balcony, not the greatest view on to some scrubland but still worth having. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you, they knew our names and helped with drivers and trips. Daisy was particularly helpful and took lots of time to give us recommendations. It was spotless, air con very effective and the whole place smart and luxurious, especially for the cost! It's a short walk to the old town, so nice and peaceful but still not too far out. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!

A charming breakfast room, fresh, delicious and sumptuous breakfast. The hotel room was very warm and cozy like its name. Our room was facing the river and was stylish, elegant, with a blend of modern amenities and traditional Vietnamese touches. The location is ideal for a quieter stay but still has a very easy access to the main attractions. A pleasant 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle.

Almost nothing

The breakfast was superb; the location is a ten minute walk away from the noisy old town center, which was fine with us. The staff was extremely helpful. Alice gave us a 15 minute rundown on all the best places to visit, eat and shop. Ann chased after us to make sure we had a plan for the day. Zoe gave us a room upgrade for the last night and helped retrieve a lost ATM card. It doesn’t get any better than that!
