They were doing works (walls) around the pool which means it was not usable (dust, and stuff was floating on the surface) There was no jacuzzi with the suite as advertised. Sofa on the terrace was dirty and cushions were slashed! Stairs to get to the hotel (on the sixth floor) with my two heavy suitcases was quite challenging. And more stairs to get to the room (staff helped there)

The entire staff, but especially Kim, were amazing! Very kind, attentive and dedicated to help in any ways they could!👏🏼👏🏼 The room was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The soundproofing was incredible - couldn’t hear traffic when windows shut!👌🏼

Flight of steps to access the lift area to reception, difficult with heavy suitcases and would be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. Lighting in the room was not good for reading.

Large room with great city view over Da Nang. Breakfast cooked to order. Helpful staff who efficiently arranged transport to Hoi An and a taxi for sightseeing.

Bed was super hard. Being a one night stay I didn’t ask for a mattress topper.

WOW, big room with lounge, dinning table and giant bathroom. It was great to spread out. Greetings where lovely by young reception lady. Made you feel right at home. Complementary water and coffee making facilities. Only few minutes to airport by taxi. We walked to dragon bridge both during the day and in the evening to see the night lights.

The property was located at the tail end of the dragon. Most restaurants and shops that cater to foreigners were across the bridge which was about 2 km’s away.

The rooms were Huge. Lots of hot water. Good breakfast (western or Vietnamese). Staff were so friendly and nice. Swimming pool was nice, and we had used it once in the morning.

Really nice boutique hotel in Da Nang, quite central. Rooms are spacious ! 10 minutes drive from night market & beach. The staff is really nice and helps you in whatever you need.

No in house food available. Toiletries not enough supply, slippers is not clean, has been used. It would have been better if slippers are disposable like in the hotels. The slippers has been used many times by different people. I need to wash it in the bathroom.

no cafe and breakfast is the only food available which I found expensive for $16.00. The area has very few food options. The terrace wasn't so clean, no amenities.

Large, beautifully decorated rooms with soundproof windows, absolutely quiet although located in the upper stories of a building on a busy avenue. Excellent breakfast, could not be better for my taste. Last not least: the very kind and very helpful lady from the reception. Sincere recommendation, excellent value.

Quite old and in need of some tlc. Plumbing very antiquated, shower flooded the bathroom. A/c sort of worked. I for action out of date. The restaurant attached closed 2 years ago !

everything from check in to check out was amazing! very tastefully decorated with wonderfully spacious rooms! The pool was the icing on the cake and I would recommend this to other fashionable travellers!

Some maintenance work going on but you expect that in Low Season

The staff are nothing short of amazing!!! They helped with every aspect of our stay in Danang. Oh and the room was utterly HUGE!!!
