The hotel is new and clean. Fully equipped with a kettle, coffee, tea, bottled water, hair dryer, wardrobe, desk, chair, etc. The owner is cheerful and attentive. Strong water pressure and good hot water.

This hotel is in a great location with just a short walk into the market, old town etc and is quiet. Very clean and Sơn the guy on the desk is exceptionally helpful. He took me in his car to Lung Cu, LoLo Village, stopping for photos , as a day trip and drove me to my next place to stay at Ma Pi Leng Pass where there was no public transport, xe om or taxi. He is amazing despite limited English and my basic Vietnamese, we used google translate.

For a town that is very cold it was dissapointing when we arrived that the heater wasnt working and had, no water at all. went to reception and was no one there. Finally someone showed up and we checked another room and was the same. Nothing working at all. Got my money back and left.

Location and kind staff.

The hotel was very cold, and the air conditioning couldn’t be switched to heating mode. They only had one portable heater, even though we stayed in two rooms. Cleanliness could have been better, and there was mold on the wall. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Only stayed one night arrived late vacated early so cannot comment

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also good since it’s quite near the downtown area. Overall it’s good value.

Bathroom's shower isn't up to date.

Had to book this hotel very last moment due to problems in accommodation we had booked. Staff were not the friendliest, however was surprised how clean the room was. The room had three double beds so if a large group would be fine. The bathroom was clean and modern.

No breakfast and staff attitude

Beautiful and clean place in a beautiful village. The food was amazing also!

Spacious aircon room, clean and new. Elevator to floors. Coffee smand tea sachets, bottled water and kettle in room. Water dispenser with hot & cold water at reception. Hair dryer in room.

Location was great. Simple hotel perfect for 1 night stay. Huge room. Lift.

No food /breakfast - more an FYI. There's plenty of food options in Dong Van though.

I recently stayed at this new hotel and was impressed by the experience. The room was brand new, which made everything feel fresh and clean. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the Dong Van town. I also loved the big window in my room, which let in lots of natural light and offered a great view. Highly recommended!
