Was disappointed that the only night we stayed, the rooftop pool and lounge were closed for a private party. Bad timing, but all in all a fantastic stay.

Beautifully appointed accommodations. The room offered everything I needed, except wash cloths and Q-tips. Not a big deal. The heated bidet was a lovely detail. And ensuite laundry was wonderful. The front desk gave us a good tip for finding a very good spot for lunch by the lake and also arranged an early morning driver to get us to the airport. Very helpful staff.

Too bad for the building work in the streets leading to the hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the room huge, the facilities great, the view extraordinary, the linens so fresh.

For a longer stay you can find a much larger room or apartment at a much better price

Great staff. Good room service and in the same building as a local supermarket and western gourmet store. Very clean and comfortable. Ok gym and overall an atmosphere of businesslike luxury

The rooms were beautiful with everything you needed. The pools were really nice and had stunning views. All the staff were extremely polite and took the time to remember you and come up and say hello.

Location in Westlakes was easy and we also liked the convenience of the shopping centre. Both pools were awesome, although downstairs was a little cold.

Price quality is ok but it’s not so cheap for local standards. The rooftop pool was often closed.

Nice room, it was clean, breakfast was very good. The hotel is located on a busy road but is close to a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Nice pools.

I've been staying at Fraser Suites for so many time, especially for staycation. Everything was perfect. Comfortable stay overall. Room is spacious with massive bathroom and bath. Kitchen with full amentities. All-day dining & in-room service is excellent, great food with a view.

There are 2 lobby areas (I understood one for hotel and one for long stay residents). This makes it confusing for the taxi drivers and you may well arrive in the wrong lobby. Not a big deal, you can cut across inside the building.

Fantastic hotel! The location makes it easy to get to the city or the airport. The building has excellent insulation so there is no noise from the streets (treat in Hanoi). I loved the room, so comfortable and big spacious bathroom. Gym is great and the roof top pool just fantastic. There is also an excellent Japanese restaurant on top floor. Overall, highly recommended!

Ashlee - receptionist is very helpful. Helped me to arrange the airport transfer & helped to ensure everything is ok. The hotel is safe, room is big with facility like complete kitchen, clean new kitchenwares, washing machine that comes with washing powder, clean toilets & shower room.

The roof top bar was closing little early. But understandable if no guests are around. Otherwise a top address for a sundowner drink and chill out.

Welcoming was very friendly. All pre-arrangements worked out well. The room was reallz spacious and the roof top pool had an incredible view over the lake.
