The beach experience was a disappointment. Firstly, the hotel page on booking.com states there is a private beach. However, upon arrival, I was told that sunbeds at the hotel's private area at the beach are no longer free and I have to pay 100.000 VND for a bed and umbrella, and payment is to be made at the beach. The person in charge of sunbeds at the beach is a nightmare. He charges tourists 150.000 VND while the paper at the reception clearly states it's 100.000. There was a time when he yelled at me in Vietnamese and refused to provide a sunbed even though there were plenty of spare ones. He is rude and arrogant, and I've seen him yelling at other tourists multiple times. As soon as he receives the money, he forgets about you and won't provide any customer service. The worst staff member compared to the personnel at the hotel. Complaining to the manager didn't help much; the person remained arrogant and continued showing his ignorance to me and other guests. The beach is not being cleaned, full of plastic glasses and cigarette butts. Nobody seems to care about cleaning. I've spoken to tourists staying at other hotels, and they told me they still get free sunbeds from their hotels, so I don't understand why Galina's guests have to pay and deal with this ignorant person who doesn't speak any English.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offers a variety of foods, and the restaurant is spacious. The room is large and is being cleaned daily.

Shower head in bath was not fully functioning. Pool requires maintenance (number of tiles not in place and grouting irregular). Breakfast was not always warm when it should have been. When we visited the adjoined restaurant we were not offered menus and instead the waiting staff ate their dinner - we left without ordering. Could hear the lift doors opening and closing from the room.

We were welcomed to the hotel with iced coffee and a very friendly welcome. Doorman was very helpful. Spacious apartment feel of room with great view of the beach / sea. Good TV in room. Towels replaced daily. Good air con. Clean pool.

The soundproofing in the rooms was pretty bad. It was ok for a few nights until a bus load of noisy guests turned up and then it was bad. Our room was very close to the building next door which were also noisy and smoking on their balcony 2m from our window. :(

Hotel had great facilities and was well situated in the heart of Nha Trang. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Our room was very close to the adjacent building and they were quite noisy but with the door closed and the curtains drawn the noise was minimalised. The rooms soundproofing was quite bad, for two nights it didn't matter but on the 3rd night a tour bus came in and the guests seemed to want to just talk loud and play music in the hall and the bad soundproofing was so obvious. I used the gym on one day as it was raining and I didn't go back as it seemed to be full of locals bent on playing loud music and posing.

The hotel was very well situated in a street behind the beach. The best part of this hotel are its staff who were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and catered to all types of guests.

The lift was a bit slow, and some of the furniture, floors, and doors seemed to be getting old and may need upgrading.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely attentive, excellent communication throughout. The sea view room was absolutely wonderful, stunning and relaxing view. was very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a celebratory event with a concert one night that lasted until midnight, making it quite noisy. However, the staff handled the situation quickly and professionally, offering me another room so I could sleep. Their quick problem solving was very impressive. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and beautiful views.

The sealant in the doors was old cracked and broke which meant the room howled all night unless the doors were wide open. The AC did not work well and the hotel seems dated. The breakfast was quite standard such as watering down the orange juice and not having great coffee. The choice is good for people who don’t have dietary requirements.

The staff were lovely and attentive. We had to leave a day early and they were kind to refund us for the last night. The spa is outstanding and you get a 20% when staying there.

Our room was old and stale. It was straight out of the 1970’s. The curtains wouldn’t close and the rooms are NOT soundproofed. The sound of dogs barking during the night got very tiresome very quickly. The room was not vacuumed before or during our stay. The hotel does not offer any room service.

Hotel laundry service is very expensive as they charge by individual garments. Outside laundry service is better as they charge by the kilogram and rates are cheaper.

Great location, friendly staff, and food is a good standard. We were there for the Hotel's 9th birthday celebrations which was fun and a good buffet dinner provided.

Was hard to get hot water for showers but noticed that in nearly every hotel we've had so far. Pool not safe for kids unless they are good swimmers due to no shallow end and only 2 seats for everyone. And the spa massage isnt always open, wanted a massage in morning and told to come back 1pm. went to town with plenty there anyway. Family room was a squeeze with small beds for 2 people.

Very central location in the heart of the city. Big selection for breakfast, clean and big rooms.
