I had a truly enjoyable stay at this homestay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful surroundings and the connection to nature. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and has a charming garden, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-organized, and the bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night after a busy day. The thoughtful decor and small details made the space feel cozy and welcoming, and the amenities provided added a personal touch. The host and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is very peaceful so just what me and my partner needed after a long travel. The pool is lovely and clean. Our room had a fantastic view over some Lilly fields and the sunset and sunrise were outstanding. Coffee, the dog, is just the cutest. All of the staff are amazing and friendly especially Tim who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and even sorted out our bus to Hue. We rented bikes from Tim so this made our stay a good spot to check out local attractions.

The things we liked were the ability to swim at anytime we wanted, how peaceful it was at night. The staff didn’t speak much english but were very friendly and kind. The things we didn’t like was that the retreat was miles away from Ninh Binh, the only way to get food was to order it at the reception desk as it was the only place that had food available in the whole area and Grab didn’t have any takeaways able to deliver. the menu was very limited.

This is a fantastic place to stay and chill out away from the busy cities. A small taxi ride from Ninh Binh ($2) it is well worth it. The whole facility is clean, tidy. Everything works well (including the large clean pool & a/c). We had two meals, dinner and breakfast with drinks, all very nice. Tim speaks great English and is very caring. He very generously gave us a bag of fresh lychee for our days travel.

A beautiful place to stay in Ninh Binh! We stayed for only a night but wish we had stayed at least 2 Retreat is in the best place, easy go there by motobike. View from the room is amazing and the staff is really nice and polite. A perfect stay—a harmonious blend of nature, comfort, and unforgettable experiences.

Maybe the most beautiful place we ever stayed!!The rooms were exceptional, modern and tasteful yet with respect to the surrounding area and natural habitat! It also very clean and with lots of space, inside and out at the balcony.The dining area has a wonderful view, the scenic is outstanding, calm environment and very kind and sweet staff. We had an absolutely incredible stay! The property exceeded our expectations - it's truly outstanding. The staff were exceptionally lovely, making our experience even more unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute driver to the center. The food was amazing, and the presentation was impeccable. We had a fantastic stay at The Ninh Binh Peaceful Retreat ! What really stood out was the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options to start the day. We also really enjoyed the spa; the massage was very relaxing and the facilities were impressively clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended, I would stay here again.

We loved everything about this hotel. Spacious bungalow. Quiet garden surroundings. Very comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Near enough to all the local sights but far enough away to get some peace. For what we paid, which was next to nothing, it was exceptional. Arranged promt, clean modern transfers to and from Hanoi at a reasonable cost too.

This place is in a peaceful and quiet location, yet still very convenient. They offer scooter rentals and can help you book buses easily. The staff are incredibly kind and supportive—always willing to help with anything. I highly recommend booking your tours and transportation through them as well. Their English is excellent, which makes communication super smooth. The owner even messaged us the day before to arrange for someone to open the door at 4 AM when we arrived—such thoughtful service! Highly recommended!

Where do we start! We had the most glorious stay at Peace Resort. So much so we kept extending it! Tim were especially friendly and fun. The breakfast each morning was full of variety.
