Spacious room with bath tub, which is good to soak in after a whole day of gallivanting. Accessible to food stores. Plenty of motorbike for rent so you don't have to rent from outside.

The shower and toilet are in the same enclosed area causing the floor to get to toilet to be wet.

Reception staff were friendly and pleasant. We used Google translate as none spoke English. Bed was very comfortable.The room had natural light. Hotel is located in a non- tourist area but only a few minutes walk from the beach.

Very nice surprise. Well located, shops, cafes and restaurants on the street, 11 minutes walk from the beaches. Hotel in new condition, impeccable rooms, all comfort, very good wifi connection for working. Professional, efficient and smiling, empathetic reception staff. Very good Room staff. Cleanliness and security. Came for 3 days, I stayed there 8 days. Thank you Lucien Hotel.

The hotel.doesnt accept cards as mentioned on the booking.com website. It was inconvenient for us Slightly away from beach, walk approx 10 mins.

We cannot understand how this place was so cheap. The room was clean and nice, the bathroom was lovely. Having a bath was a real treat after travelling in Asia for a number of months. The staff were low in English but more than happy to assist in any way they could using Google translate. The location was good.

They charge for every little things that is of convenience such as laundry and water to drink and snacks. Most places give you free water but this hotel charge you for water. There is a small booklet in your room that tell you ever charge for items and if you damage something.

Staffs are friendly and don't bother you unless you need something from them. Location is not to far from the beach. Price for scooter/motorbike rental was good at 120,000 VND per day and is available at hotel. The neighborhood has many places to eat and there a store nearby to buy water and snacks.

Room was a very good size and very clean with very comfortable beds. Small details like air freshners in the elevators and secure motorcycle parking made our stay very pleasant. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Pho Bo and Bun Bo across the road that serves later in the day. Plenty of other places to eat within walking distance.
