The hotel had great facilities. We loved the pools and complimentary activities offered. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many different food stations which provided different options each morning.

NetherlandsDisappointing Experience with Extra Bed – Expected Better We recently stayed at this hotel as a family and unfortunately had a disappointing experience regarding the extra bed provided for our 7-year-old daughter. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable — so much so that she wasn’t able to sleep on it at all. We informed the hotel about this, but for the first three nights, the bed remained in our room unused. Eventually, we asked for it to be removed. As a result, our daughter had to sleep in our bed for all eight nights of our stay, which significantly affected our own sleep and overall comfort. Despite clearly explaining this at check-out, the staff still charged us for the three nights the bed was in the room. The only response we received was that our feedback would be passed on. From a hotel of this standard, we expected more in terms of both service and understanding. While the rest of the stay was fine, this issue had a big impact on our experience and we were left quite disappointed.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor and the daily housekeeping service. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay.

AustraliaThe only thing is the shuttle doesn't run every hour - sometimes the shuttle time didn't work with our plans so we would need to get a Grab Taxi to take us into the old town.
This hotel was fabulous - the pool and facilities were definitely 5 star. The breakfast buffet was so good, so many different options and cuisines. We left feeling very full every morning. The room was very big, which is a luxury, lots of room to hang clothes and store shoes and suitcases. We ordered some food from The Cove to our sunbed by the pool some days for lunch which was fabulous. Overall hotel location is quite remote, however they offer a shuttle into the old town every 2 hours and the return on the way back. It was otherwise easy to organise a Grab Taxi to pick us up or drop us off. My husband played golf at the adjoining golf course and LOVED it. They offer a large discount to play if you are staying at the hotel so ensure you email them before booking to get the discount. The shuttle took him to and from the course and he said the course was top tier.

United StatesThe location is a bit far from everything so it’s not the most accessible for delivery services. But it was very easy and cheap (about $5-7) to get a Grab into the city as the cars were always parked at the resort. I did not mind being away from the city center as the resort was very quiet and peaceful surrounded by a farmer and fisherman village.
Fantastic resort with amazing value for the price. Facility looks brand new, very clean, and beautiful. 24/7 staff service via What’s App, outstanding breakfast, good AC. The rooms and pool area look like paradise. Big kids area. Didn’t check out the casino but looks great too. We also stayed in Grand Sheraton Danang but liked New World Hoiana much more.

The shuttle bus to town is good option but first come basis so be prepared not to get place on return trip..

All of the Hotel staff and facilities at the beach resort hotel were very friendly , professional and catered to all needs. I encourage all Australians who visit to be kind and patient with the language barriers (remember English first language) and be respectful of the country you are visiting.

AustraliaThe "free airport transfer" is a little misleading - a shuttle bus which goes once every 2 hours, so we ended up getting a Grab rather than waiting around for an hour.
Fantastic new modern hotel, beautiful large clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing (best ever!). The facilities were great - huge pools plenty of cabanas, free bikes / trikes, wide choice of restaurants. Very peaceful - no crowds, the pools were empty - only saw other people at breakfast! The restaurant prices were reasonable, given they have a captive audience, since there is nothing else around. Located right on the beach, which was pretty clean and safe to swim (patrolled).
