There was a Fan instead of an AC. But we couldn’t care less

The building, the location, and the guards are really cheerful and accommodating. I love those fatherly figures.

The hotel staff and their house rule. The front officers, especially women, are not accommodating. They are snobbish to the guests. For their house rule, I stayed for two nights, and I felt my stay was disrespected as my room was entered by the housekeeping when I was out. I came back, and my things were rearranged, but I felt totally not safe because my laptop, phones, and other valuable stuff like money were left inside. The intention was good, and that was to clean the room. Yet not all rooms need to be cleaned, especially if the guests need privacy or keeping their valuables well. My suggestion is to wait for the guests to request to clean their room or provide a “clean-up room/do not disturb” doorknob sign to avoid issues like this. I have been staying in this hotel roughly every weekend, but for this case, this will be my last stay. I felt anxious that anyone could enter my room without my knowing and felt terrible that the front office had messaged me that I should be the one telling them or reminding them not to clean my room. For me, that approach was quite unprofessional.

I book the room without cigarette smell but it was. whole room has only 1 electric plug

Drainage - water seems to be ponding in the shower for awhile Hot water - hot water tends to run out very quickly Lobby - the lobby seems pretty nice but not very friendly with non-smoking people. Also, it tends to get quite crowded and noisy.
