The only negative thing about our stay was that we had to wait to get our room even though we arrived at the check-in time of 2pm. It was all right in the end since we had the afternoon tea while we waited, but we would have prefered to freshen up before the afternoon tea.

The staff were friendly and motivated - Vincent was especially helpful as he assisted us in organising bus transport to the floating market. I enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast and afternoon tea - I like the mix of western and Vietnamese food and enjoyed eating soup for breakfast. The fountain in the dining room was a nice touch and took your attention away from the fact that there was no window in the room. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool - the hot and cold bathing areas were very relaxing and the bar and view added to the atmosphere.

No rooms with 3 beds to book, able to pay for an additional bed, but did make the room a little crowded.

Loved the vibe of this hotel, fab roof top, lovely breakfast, with an afternoon tea also included.

the quiet but central location. the staff jenme,thu,ava,vu,liang and others were very polite and helpful. the value of the hotel is enhanced by such quality staff who ensure that one's stay is comfortable. the rooms were well lit and spacious . the bed was comfortable .

The gym was not as pictured. Be careful of the photographs used in this listing. They are a compilation of photos from this hotel and the nearby more expensive Silverman May hotel. Clearly the photo of the fitness centre was not from here. It was small poorly equipped and not air conditioned. The other facilities photos are also a compilation.

The “ pool “ a bit small :)

The service was very good from the bar to the reception . Big thx to Hana and the young masseuse , can’t spell her name :) but good hands . I like also the breakfast with good food selection and lots of fruits . Sauna door need to be fix and the steam room it’s to hot .. needs to have a thermostat . Over all very good .Staff speak good English and you feel very comfortable . Thank you

The stand out stars were the staff. The service offered by the team throughout the stay was outstanding, from the staff in the roof bar to the reception team. They were friendly and incredibly helpful - experts in taking care of holiday makers and welcoming them to the city. Great facilities and location, felt sad to leave!

The rooftop bar and pool was very unique! An excillent view, so beautiful over de Saigon river and old town. We love it!! The staff were very friendly and professionals. The room was fine and we had a great time there!

The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful of any place I have stayed. Ben, the manager was fabulous. We wound up taking him out to dinner to say thank you. The staff at the rooftop bar were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Some great referals for places to eat etc.

The staff were so helpful and lovely. The roooftop Bar and pool were the perfect retreat after a day out in the heat, close to the river, the rooftop got a lovely breeze in the evening. The. Breakfast was best we. Have had from several different hotels this holiday . Offering afternoon tea was perfect after being out all day, it it tied us over until dinner

The rooms are nice and cozy but they will benefit from some renovations.

The location is just great. Close to almost everything. The rooftop pool/bar is very cozy though quite small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour offered by the hotel that didn’t meet our expectations, but the staff (would like to specifically mention Liza here) did everything they could and took the extra mile to make us feel better.

That smoking and vaping is allowed around the jacuzzi area. This is a very clean well maintained hotel that lets itself down by allowing people to smoke in this communal area that should be able to be enjoyed by all. Smokers do not care about others, their filthy habit is their priority and they will smoke anywhere they can and it is really disappointing that they can smoke and vape in this rather small space that many people want to enjoy.
