The apartment was very nice and well worth the price. Located in central Saigon, it’s in a great spot for food and exploration. The host/manager, Ha (also known as Hannah), was extremely kind and responsive. She answered all my questions almost immediately and reached out a day before check-in with all the necessary details, making the process smooth and straightforward, including information on how to use the facilities. There is also a food court in the building, making it very convenient. Price is reasonable and food is good. Although there were a few cleanliness issues, they were quickly resolved by her. I would come back here again. Definitely recommended.

Hannah was a great host. Very responsive and professional. We had a couple of bathroom issues at the start of our stay but they were promptly sorted. The apartment is in a great location. It is very new & spacious with plenty of kitchen utensils. We stayed 6 nights & got offered to clean the twice for free. This is outside the host's control, but every morning there was banging from the room upstairs, clearly they were fixing things. Would have been nice to be informed. A great overall stay in HCMC!

Pool area was not comfortable to relax in. Needs refurbishment. No cushions on the 2 available sunbeds. Hob wasn't working in kitchen so we were supplied with a single hotplate. Minimal crockery, cutlery etc. No tea towels or basics such as oil, salt, pepper which would have been much appreciated. Minor gripes, generally very comfortable.

Space in apartment. Easy to get to District 1 by taxi. Washing machine was an asset. Beds were comfortable. International supermarket in the basement. . Obviously dearer than local shops but so convenient

Very convenient to have an apartment so we could have a little more space, we could do some washing, and we could store more in the fridge. The real highlight was getting a first class view of the new years eve fireworks from the roof top, enjoying a drink by the pool. A very happy stay

Perfect three bedroom apartment. We loved location, all main Saigon attractions are walking distance (15 mins). Right outsie there is conviniece store. In the building there is starbucs and upscale shop. Appartment is in Leman building, it features rooftop pool (25th floor, gym and place to sit and enjoy view ) Hanna was accomodtaing, sent instructions up ahead and there was guy waiting for us with keys.
