Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe room we were upgraded to, free of charge, was high up and over looking the water. We could see VinWonders and many little islands. We had a great couples massage at the spa on site and breakfast was tasty each morning. The rooms were very clean, service by hotel staff excellent

United KingdomSome of the reasons for booking this hotel was it's Private Beach & it's Sky Bar with views out across the city of Nha Trang. Disappointed to find out on arrival that they no longer have their own part of the beach & that the Sky bar was permanently closed. There were beds available to hire on the beach but obviously we hadn't come prepared with towels and therefore had to purchase some and also had to pay 300 000 dong per day for 2 beds & umbrella. Not the end of the world but something we hadn't prepared for. Breakfast was also disappointing. It was okay if you wanted aisian breakfast, but the day we went in, there was nothing "western" other than eggs, cereal, fruit, pastries & yogurt. Not saying that we wanted "western" but being a hotel that has international guests it should provide the option.
Our room was amazing. Lovely city view, from 17th floor, with windows all around. The bathtub in the window was just fantastic. The bed was large & comfortable. The room was of a very good size, plenty of storage. Shower always had hot water and was also a good size. The room was clean, toilet paper & towels replenished. Location was ideal, a short walk to the beach across the busy road. Shops, bars & restaurants all around. Small night market a short walk away.

AustraliaYou’ll be flanked by Russians. Ratio in the vacinity and hotel is 8 russians out of 10 people. If you want an authentic viet experience, this city ain’t it. The towel situation specially pertaining to the hotel is an issue. Whether is be on the private beach over the road or gym or pool deck. You’ll find them nowhere. Thankfully I’m an Aussie who can speak the language so I was able to get what I wanted but I can imagine if you speak only English, good luck mate.
Location great, essentially across the street from the beach. House cleaning staff were extra lovely and made the bed in a very special way. If you know you know. Gym is decent enough for a quick workout, pool is nice but with all Vietnam pools, they run cold. Internet can sometimes drop out but better than other resorts in the country. Breakfast buffet assortment large and caters for both western and traditional viet food. No chopsticks though.

AustraliaNo negatives.
We were in Vietnam on holidays for 18 days. Liberty Central was by far the stand out holiday stay. With my wife having some special needs we would never consider staying anywhere else. Ms Ha and Ms Vy made our stay so lovely. Ha and Vy are such a wonderful asset to this lovely hotel.

United KingdomNothing bad to say!
Very convenient for downtown Nha Trang, beaches, taxis etc. Incredibly clean. Lovely room with very comfortable bed & lovely pillows. Room cleaned daily. Big shower with good quality shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. Breakfast was fabulous- an amazing selection of food, especially the fruit. Used the private beach area with pool towels provided. It was a great stay.

NorwayWhen we arrived, it was obvious the floors had not been vacuumed. There was dirt in the corners, some dirty socks left by previous guests and hairs everywhere. The glass doors in the hotel room were also dirty. We took pictures and showed them to the reception which immediately apologised and ordered a deep clean of the room. When we got back, it was up to standards and we were happy. However, during our entire stay, we could see the same rubbish in the corridor every day which meant they were not vacuumed or cleaned. It was quite dirty and never got taken care of, but since it was not in our room, we didn’t really care… however this isn’t something you would expect from a four star hotel. Some of the machines in the gym are broken, very old. There are only a few sunbeds by the pool area. The bar by the pool was closed as well as the sky bar which was quite shocking, and there was no information written about this. The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds and we were lucky the first days to get a couple. But the other days it was impossible since there were only a few. The staff never greeted us when we entered the hotel, they didn’t even look up. We got the impression that they have dealt with rude guests of a long period of time so we can’t really blame them. I have mentioned honest floors about the hotel, but I do have to mention we were very happy with our room once it had been cleaned we felt comfortable and the price is really good. So it’s still very recommended.
We had a signature room and it was very nice. Lovely views, amazing bed and bathtub looking over the city. Breakfast is ok. The location is perfect. When we arrived our room was “made and ready” but it had not been cleaned, we let the reception know and they fixed it immediately so they managed to save the situation haha (read below and see picture for information about cleanliness). Good price for the quality.

CanadaThe wifi did not work in our room. Hotel staff responded as best they could but we still only had access off and on. We used our phone data. Also you cannot hook up a Firestick to the TV. The dedicated beach area had lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels, but each time we passed by, they were full.
We stayed for 7 nights and would recommend this hotel. Very good sound proofing. We barely heard any hallway noise and no noise from other rooms or outside. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - lots of Asian choices and adequate Western choices. Location was excellent - a short one block to the beach, restaurants, shopping, mini-marts, massage, cafes, etc, all close by.

AustraliaThe fact that the bar area at the pool was closed but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
The location of the property is in a busy part of town and very close to cafe’s, bars, and the beach. Taxi’s are readily available. The hotel staff are always on hand to offer help if they can. They are always pleasant and polite.
