Perfect location with clean rooms and services. Niro is a dream to have as a hotel manager, he was available for whatever we needed and also was kind to let us know there would be fireworks from the roof terrace that we would have missed if he didn't notify us. Quality host and stay.

I loved Luxury Homestay Vinhomes. Nido is the perfect host. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and offers every possible service free of charge. Truly one of the best and most attentive hosts I've ever met. Ha Long is beautiful, and the property's location is just a few minutes' drive from the city center and the port, and just a few minutes' walk from everything you need. Highly recommended if you're visiting Ha Long.

A little far from ha long main town. Options for food nearby were very limited. Very upscale neighborhood but with kids, eating options were limited to cafes. Not much option anyway. The pizza place near the homestay was quite good.

Everything.. ease of check in.. locality, comfort, cleanliness.. we made good use of the kitchen and washing machine also. Overall a very nice stay.

The place is great. It is an actual homestay, and the rooms and service are fantastic. But what is even better is the host. I can absolutely say this has been the best host on a 2 month long trip through Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. If you would like to meet a local person which is one of the nicest people I have ever met and be sure that he will cater to any needs you have I would say go here and look no further

The name of homestay in the booking.com and goole map was diffetent. The name of homestay is "luxuary homestay sapphine Ha Long". So at first I was very confused.

The owner of this homestay was excellent. He was so nice and kind. Whenever I ask his help he answered me immediately. And he knows nice restaurants very well. If you want to visit nice, beautiful restaurants you should better ask him (It depends on the personal taste)

I`ve travelled a lot, and read many reviews before booking places to stay. Views are always subjective, but please take this one as fact. This place is a gem, and the hosts are the nicest and most helpful couple you could hope to meet. They sorted out our transfer from Hanoi, sorted out our boat trip, ferried us back and forth at no charge, and made themselves available to us whenever we needed them. All this for a family of 4 adults. The facilities are excellent, and as it is not an hotel you have far more flexibility. You also need to try their desserts! If you aren't sold on this already there is no more I can say - 5 star for value and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Hang and Nido were wonderful host. From the free pick uk from the port area to organising transfers and moped hire . We cooked in the kitchen and made dinner for everyone. We had some wonderful cakes from Hang. We had the best 2 days in Ha long bay. Beautiful Homestay . Clean and everything you could wish for. Thank you Hang and Nido we can’t wait to come back soon with family.

We loved our stay at Luxury Homestay, it had been our favourite stop in our travels. Our hosts were so friendly, welcoming and truly treated us so well, the best care we have received. When we arrived we had warm croissants baked by our hosts wife which were delicious! They helped us book a cruise last minute and even drove us to the port in the morning which was above and beyond our expectations. We also took a tandem bike down the waterfront at sunset which was beautiful. We were always greeted warmly and felt included. The rooms are very spacious and designed beautifully. The shower is powerful and hot. There is a rooftop you can view the water and also you can do your washing and washing detergent is provided. If you are planning to come to Halong we would highly recommend stay here. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. The rooms were quite beautiful for the price. The beds were very big and the location was great. They even came to pick us up from the cruise that we had done.

The hosts were fantastic they organised a car to collect us from Hanoi, we arrived after lunch and really wanted to do a cruise but couldn't find any but they managed to organise a charter for our own boat! They translated the menu for us to choose as it was a local boat, Then they took us to the supermarket for some beer to take with us and dropped us at the port! They bought us a gift while we were out too. I couldn't recommend this stay any more highly. Thanks so much for having us.

Everything was fantastic- especially the owners who went out of their way to make sure we had an extra special trip. They booked our cruise for us, brought us where we needed to go and organised airport transportation making everything easy for us. They truly were such kind people. All is well

Nido has been absolutely helpful in our three days stay in Halong Bay. He helped us in booking Airport transfers, Ambassador Cruise and Onsen mineral hot spring Spa. He got us a special price through his contacts which is much cheaper than online. He has given us a room upgrade in the homestay which we appreciate much. The stay was very pleasant as it is in a nice locality facing sea. Dejavu an European restaurant two doors away was a blessing as we had our most of the dining there. Fantastic food. Nice memories 👌
