Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A larger dining table would make it more comfortable for families to enjoy meals together in the room.
Our family of four stayed in this studio for a short holiday and it was a great fit. The apartment was not too big but had two large beds and was well organized to make the most of the space. Everything was clean and the kitchen was useful for preparing quick meals. The balcony was small but breezy with a washing machine available which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, close to the city center, and there is a supermarket, pharmacy and a café right downstairs. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The balcony was a bit small due to the washing machine, so not ideal for sitting out long, but still functional.
We stayed for 3 nights in this studio during our honeymoon and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was bright, spacious, and very clean. The modern design and natural light made the space feel warm and welcoming. The kitchen had all the basic cooking tools which allowed us to prepare simple meals together. The balcony had a washing machine which was super useful during our trip. The location was great, just a few minutes from Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by local eateries, cafes, and even a small grocery store and pharmacy right downstairs. The host was absolutely amazing, very friendly and quick to respond. Most importantly, we accidentally lost our luggage at the airport and the host helped us contact the airline, followed up, and made sure we got it delivered safely. That level of care made our trip feel so much smoother and less stressful.

A small dining chair or booster seat for kids would be a nice addition for families with younger children.
We stayed as a family of four – two adults and two kids – and the two-bedroom apartment was just right for us. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Having separate bedrooms made it comfortable for everyone, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The pool was clean, the building felt safe, and the area was quiet which worked great for kids. The host was friendly and responded very quickly to our messages, even recommending some fun places nearby for the children. There was also a small grocery store and café downstairs, which made things super convenient.

Beyond the obvious (great loc, clean room), loved the little things: Quality toiletries, plenty of fluffy towels, USB ports by the bed, clear appliance instructions, even decent coffee provided! Shows they care about the details. Staff were lovely. Pool view stunning. Made the stay feel extra special and comfy.

The flat is not in district 1. It is in district 4. There is not an organised place for the suitcases. The coffee in the corner of the building gives the service but the gards of the building are very rude and don't help much
