Not much not to like.

Staff were great, from the minute we got to the reception. We booked a second night signed up through the melia rewards. $100% worth it. The bed was probobly the best part. The bed was so comfortable. I really want to buy there pillows. The resturants were great. The view was great, location great position for Da Nang sites. The pool at this hotel looked incredible although we didnt get a chance to test out the waters we had a pool view and is huge and honestly the biggest pool ive ever seen.

My favorite hotel in Vietnam. I come here every year since 2019. Best value for money you can get. Welcoming and caring staff. Spacious and luminous rooms and the lobby. Several restaurants on premises.

They need to focus on cleaning the floor and put more staff on reception because every time you have to wait if you need something from them.

Location near the golden dragon bridge, the view of our room and we can see the city from top.

We enjoyed all the hotel services which were of a very high standard, all the service providers are sensitive and professional, the breakfast is excellent and varied. The room is large, very clean. Looking forward to coming back here again

The check in was chaotic with a number of arrivals and air crew at the same time. However the front desk person (maybe the lead person) named Tina (if I am not mistaken) was very professional and let us check in earlier. She handled everything correctly and made sure our turn in line got served.

There’s major construction going on next to it. It is what it is. Interesting in itself seeing a building being built literally from ground up. If you have panoramic view, it doesn’t matter though.

Spend extra money if you can. Get the panorama room on higher floor. Worth every cent. The view is what made this hotel amazing.

All up to standard and although some construction noise still made it's way up to the 26th floor, it was minimal!

Greetef at the lobby with the most delicious welcome drink! Went back for more every day! We were upgraded to a suite to avoid the construction noise at the lower level! Truly appreciate the staff proactive thinking on that matter! We were able to enjoy the Danang Fireworks Festival from the rooftop pool along with some delicious pizza and drinks! Truly memorable stay! The amenities were clean and grand! Lovely!

High room turnover and they show it. In room dents,dings, peeling, marked and stained. Loose toilet seats, broken tub plunger. Rooms in need of a refresh. Difficult to ever achieve 5 stars here like other melia vinpearl due to high guest volume turnover and lack of leveling up for level club services.

The elevators - there were 8 and very slow - and would also skip past your floor, which would take even longer.
