The day-trips and stops during transfer could have been better (no stops at attractions which are mainly made for tourists like Viet Hai or oyster farm). There is lots of trash in the water in Halong Bay, so swimming is not always enjoyable.

Our waiter Jason was super friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms and ship itself were very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and the entertainment on board very good. There was a good mix between relaxing time and day trips. The scenery in Halong Bay is stunning, especially during sunset.

Our son is allergic to peanuts and fish. Rosie took care of all of us and was so helpful with the food for our son. We appreciate Rosie's attention to detail, and friendliness. Would definitely recommend this cruise. Very relaxing 😊

Wonderful stay and very friendly staff. Specially Mr. Jason provided an unmatchable service to us. He was so nice and helpful. He specially customized and prepared a squid for my son which he caught during the squid fishing activity.

The price of some of the drinks were pricey.

The staff were fabulous. The boat , cabin , food and location were all wonderful. It would be amazing to repeat the experience. Just want to mention the staff again because they were just so wonderful, especially Rosie and Monica .

The boat was well equipped, modern and the activities organized were fun and kept us entertained. The food served with lovely and our server Jason looked after us well. Kim, the tour manager was great too. Highly recommend this company.

Very well run tour, exceptional timing, food, activities and service Squid was our service manager and he was outstanding!! Brilliant with the 6 kids on our tour of 2 families.

Karaoke was way too loud but they finished just past 10pm.

Ashley did amazing job - helpful and fun, she also entertained our kids. Thanks Ashley and the rest of the crew!
