Apartment is nothing like the phtos show , very poor kitchen without microwave ( for example ) and balcony with degraded furniture and we experienced floods , but staff attended properly solving the problem , the hall shower should be careful cleaned, bath tube lose , poor internet

The street is quite noisy until 1am, it's a bit hard to fall asleep.

Super good location, the beach is a 5 minute walk. Everything can be found in the area easily. The food in the restaurant downstairs was very delicius.

Best location in My Anh with many good and cheap food options and 2 blocks from the beach. Bed was comfortable and shower had decent water pressure. Restaurant downstairs is good. Laundry service next door.

One significant concern was the lack of attention to detail and the evident need for adjustments within the hotel. Several fixtures and furnishings appeared worn-out or in need of repair, giving the impression of neglect. Moreover, one particularly concerning issue was the noticeable odor of mold within the room. This unpleasant smell was pervasive and significantly impacted our comfort during our stay. While attempts were made to address the issue, such as airing out the room and using air fresheners, the underlying cause seemed to persist.

The hotel boasts a great location, offering convenient access to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The spaciousness of the room was appreciated, providing enough room for my family to relax comfortably after a day of sightseeing

I wish they had a wake-up call service :). It wasn’t a big deal for me but it’s good to have as a back-up in case you need to go somewhere super early.

Thank you to the staff, they were all so friendly and they tried their best to help. The location of the place was great, very close to a nice beach, lots of great places to eat/restaurants. If you’re staying longer and you need laundry, there’s a place next to Nalini place. The free Wi-Fi in the room was pretty stable. The owner/manager was really nice and offered a first meal in their restaurant downstairs for free, because i was staying at their place for some time.

The bathroom wasn't clean enough, there were some insects inside and I even found a lizard. I booked a room with balcony, it was one ft wide and I could shake my hands with someone in the building next to the hotel

Very good location and friendly staff. I liked some basic kitchen appliances that I could cook a breakfast in the morning. There's an elevator so you don't have to carry heavy bags upstairs.

The ocean view is not what I would advertise (although it is technically correct), mostly it was other hotels' walls and roofs what we saw (but not a big deal to us). A disappointing phenomenon was a noise from building's facilities (something like water pumps?) especially in the late evening but during the night it seems to become minimal.

The room was very nice and spacious, and the staff was nice as well showed us the room facilities.

I Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel after a very long journey and the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful - It's in one of the best locations in Danang, only a stones throw to the beach and in a very nice street. So good I really didn't want to leave......!

Dirty rooms. We stayed there for 1 week and they only cleaned it twice and that was after we forced them to clean. Also the entrance to the hotel is very dirty with rats and garbage everywhere. Its showing signs of age and not being maintained

However, one of the bedrooms had no window, which made it feel a bit closed in. I stayed in Room 302, which didn’t have a balcony or large windows like some of the other rooms in the building. The apartment was clean but felt a bit dated and could really benefit from some renovation. I also noticed a few small bugs and even a cockroach, which was a downside. Overall, it’s a good value for the space and location, but future guests should be aware of the room layout and building condition. With some updates and better pest control, this place has great potential

I stayed at Nalini Hotel and Apartments in Da Nang for 4 nights. The location was great, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, though it was a bit noisy at night. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for a longer stay.
