Great location in Japan town Saigon! Plenty of great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores nearby. Big Clean but dated room but at a great price for a budget solo traveller or couple.

Spacious bedsit with desk, table, private kitchen and bathroom in a quiet alley in Japan town. Lot's of eateries nearby. Staff exceptionally nice and always helpful.

If you’re male be aware that massage parlors will have employees posted outside in the evenings. One would always literally run into me, trying to grab me. Make sure to completely ignore and make no eye contact and they’ll leave you alone.

Good basic room with kitchen and bathroom. Paid laundry service (a little pricey but very convenient). Location - in the Japanese quarters, so lots of Japanese food in the area. I liked that it had bedside lamps with warm light to use in the evenings.

Perfect location, in the very center, I could walk from there to all the main sightseeings. The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment had all the necessary equipment. I enjoyed my stay there.

Self contained apt; with kitchenette & ensuite bathroom/shower..all clean, good stay & window view..situated in Japantown & easy enough to find from where the taxi/transport drops you. There is a plaque with the name above the property, just 2 minutes from main road,with alot of restaurants around the area..easy to find & people will helpyou locate it easily, if your google map doesn't. The host very nice family, & supplies water, noodle pots in the room, as well as 24hr laundry service..there is also fridge & microwave with grill inside apartment, & my wifi experience was excellent. You'll also find most things you need in this lovely area, from mini supers to snacks, food, bars, & atm

Squeaky clean apartment with everything we needed: centrally-located, clean towels upon request, comfy beds, good A/C, a kind manager who waited up for us to arrive... this place was perfect for our 5-day stay in Ho Chi Minh after traveling around Asia for 4 months. Great value for money.

Difficult to reach the host via Whatsapp when we arrived. We had to call to get into the appartment...

Nice appartment with old but comfortable furniture. Easy to find in this walking street. Despite the "redlights", a very save area!

The WiFi didn't work very well for us while we were there. Fortunately we were out exploring most of the time, but if you are planning on doing work that may be something to consider.

The room was super spacious, and we loved having the fridge and small kitchenette. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit, and there were lots of food and grocery options nearby (FamilyMart across the road, and 7/11 about 50m away).

There are a lot of sex workers in the area, it didn’t bother me because they don’t do harm to anyone but some people might not like it.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and cozy apartment. The wooden furniture is very high quality old materials which are great (it’s not to everyone’s taste though). The location is right in the center of the city so in walking distance to all the tourist spots but still quiet at night (because it’s in an small alley). There are 4 convenience stores very close by (7-11, Circle-K, Family Mart).

Great place in the centre of the city. It is a bit like having your own apartment. It's very quiet in an alley. The room had plenty of space. The employees were very kind and a pleasure to deal with.
