Some things could use some work

Great location. I had the pool view room and it was very convenient. Hotel is right on the beach and staff are great. Western items at breakfast are ordinary but adequate. Some areas are due for an update but it’s great value for money.

Staff were superb and the location was in walking distance of local shops etc. You step out on to a fantastic beach and it was a shame that it rained for a couple of days as we couldn’t enjoy the beach.

The rooms really need renovation and improvement, bathroom same..... the pool/water was clean but it need also an improvement as the tiles dirty and partly broken

Nothing - it was really lovely.

We loved this place - the staff were fab organising tours and laundry. The food and cocktails were delish. The pool area lovely. The staff organised a surprise birthday cake for me and helped when our child cut their foot on a rock in the sea.

The days were to short

This was a great holiday,Rooms were a good size,quiet,hot water,cleaned everyday.Breakfast could have a bit more western food but still ok,the staff are all helpful in all ways,the pool area and bar area is great.Hopefully i will return.

A bit dated and musty in the bathroom when we arrived. Was a bit better after the fan was on. Loungers in front of the villas are not reserved for you so need to get up early and put a towel out if you want to use those during your stay.

Great location on the beach and walking distance to town and other beach restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good. Beach is nice. Had a beach front villa so enjoyed that. Lots of loungers on the beach.

The rooms need a little bit of renovation as well as being a bit more cleanly however it is a great value for money and you definitely recive what you pay for

It was at a great location, there was a beautiful beach and the food at the resturant was so good. The sunsets were amazing every night and the staff were really helpful.

Many mosquitos and geckos in the room. If they can invest in mosquito and other insects diffusers, the guests can get a better sleep. A small inexpensive upgrade to the room may be required mainly decor and reorganization of paintings and mirror which is hung too low above dresser.

We had a seafront bungalow and private deck chair area. It was pretty awesome watching the sunset or having a swim dip at your convenience.

Ok for 3*, bit older, but has other benefits!

Great location - in the middle of everything on Phu Quoc -couple of mins the north, or to the south of the island. Nice, clean beach. Great super kind staff. on the great spot. hotel transfer - free of charge, that is not common for hotels in the similar category in the other parts of Vietnam .

The AC didn’t work well, water was dripping from the unit but it was at the rear end of the bed so not really bother us much. The taxi tour from the resort was a bit pricey but it’s worth it if you don’t want the wait from regular taxi or grab

I loved the beach view in front of our room, beach was beautiful, staffs was friendly and helpful, just tell them what you need. Included Breakfast was decent if you have kids and don’t want to travel each morning.

The internet was not good at all

The location is great, the beach is quite nice except sometimes it has not so nice smell. I guess that is the problem of the whole Long Beach area since too many accommodations around. Breakfast was just ok, little options. The internet wasn't good at all. Overall with the price I paid, it was nice.

Although the beds were large, which was great for us, the mattresses were very very hard. The shower in our room was very poor, providing only a small amount water, difficult for hair washing. The first impression of the resort is not good , the gate area and frontage needs to be improved.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of western and local food. The pool bar ( which also overlooked the beach and sea) provided food all day long including evening menu. Quality was very good with both food and drinks at a reasonable price. Our room was large and nicely appointed with two super king sized beds. Good sized shower room. The staff were wonderful and very friendly,. The pool area is very attractive with plenty of sun beds and bright red umbrellas. The man who looked after the pool area was a delightful gentleman, we loved him. The proximity of the resort to the town is excellent, the resort gates are only a few hundred meters from the main street and there is a Highlands coffee shop directly opposite.

The beds are too hard, I am going to assume for most Europeans. We learned from other guests - unfortunately on the last night- that you can ask for a foam topper. This will relieve it a bit.

The resort has a good location near shops and restaurants. The beach is very nice, with sand and calm water, and the orange bar at the beach as well. The food and drinks are actually tasty! The beach bar staff was so fun and friendly and so were the older gentlemen lifeguards at the beach and pool. Our son enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was ok, but we had been spoiled with much more variety of food at breakfasts this holiday. The house was good, big enough and clean.
