Arriving Friday night after arriving at the airport 6pm-ish. Crazy busy roads so took even longer than it should have yo get to hotel. As there is the night market happening on the road outside the hotel you have to get out if taxi a street or two away. Make sure your taxi driver contacts the hotel so they come and meet you. A little overwhelming so if you can get there in the morning or early afternoon.

Fabulous location, right in the thick of things...old quarter and the lake on your doorstep. The staff here are fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Do make sure to walk around the lake, in the morning you will find all the locals out dancing g, exercising and generally having fun. Old Quarter is vibrant, crazy and very busy...over weekends there is do much going on do just throw yourself into it all and go with it! We hired a guide to take us on a street food tour, so worth it as we learned so much.

Air conditioning was ok, it was working, but it didn't seem to be strong enough. Sometimes in the night we woke up feeling warm. We didn't complain as we didn't care about it too much, but might be a thing to improve.

Came with my wife, we were treated exceptionally every time we encountered staff. Reception was great and breakfast was pretty good for the price. We didn't use the spa properly but it seemed nice, next time we certainly will use it. We rented a van to go to Halong bay on our last day and they promptly helped us cross the street with our luggage, fit it into the van and greeted us goodbye in the end. We really felt cared for and that really makes a difference. We left a nice tip into the tip jar and we recommended any other guests to do the same.

The facilities could certainly be improved. The breakfast was a bit limited, and no good dine in possibilities (room services is only till 9 pm). The bed wasn't that comfortable, and we missed a better sitting option (only bed and two small hockers). Of your are limited in you movements, showering will be a challenge as you have to step into the bat tub which has a high sides. And while it wasn't dirty, it could be cleaner. A cashew nut from previous guests - we didn't eat nuts - was still under a cabinet, even after two days.

Location is good, as it is in the Old Quarter and within minutes walk of the lake. In weekends you have the night market, but as it stops at 11 pm it isn't that noisy after that time. Staff tried their utmost, are friendly and have a reasonable command of the English language. Room is large enough, and bathroom also.

The staff were so welcoming and really helpful in helping us plan our visit. Even before arriving in Vietnam, Hannah emailed us day tour options and made bookins for us. She is an excellent concierge. All the reception staff, breakfast staff and doorman were fantastic. Our room was spacious and clean. Although we did not have any external windows, this was good to escape noise and fumes from the streets. Great location for exploring Hanoi.

Be aware that some of the inner rooms only have a window to a skylight and can be a problem if you are claustrophobic. The hotel were able to accommodate my request for a window room.

WiFi connectivity requires improvement as it gets disconnected sometimes automatically.

It is located right in the center of Old Town, near the lake. All the tourists attractions are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants, cafe, money exchange nearby. If you are into shopping there are plenty of shops in same street and within walking distance. This hotel has a lift so don’t stress walking through the stairs. There is a spa at the top floor which offers amazing service (recommended). Room was spacious and comfortable with almost all the amenities available, bathroom was equipped with a good shower with all sanitary kits. I booked for just one night and ended up staying for my entire stay at Hanoi for 4 nights. Pro Tip: If you happen to visit during weekend, the street in front of the hotel turns into the Night Market where you get a great deals for quality products.

Wonderful stay! The hotel room, facilities, and staff all exceeded our expectations. Zoe, Hannah, and every staff member we met was kind, helpful, knowledgeable about the area and made very helpful recommendations. Our group had some special requests regarding the room arrangement, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The tours they arranged were excellent and had a great price. The location is very convenient, active, and we had zero issues with noise at night. Highly recommended.

Safe was not working.

Service was 10/10, Ms Hannah and her team go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. She helped me book my sleeper bus to Sapa. Ms Alice helped me order grab food as well. They let me put my bags in the hotel and even let me take a shower after checking out.

Pay attention during booking because apparently I had booked a room without windows but was upgraded to a room with a balcony at check-in. Would not recommend the spa as we could feel the masseuse’s nails during the massage - there are better ones in the area.

Room was clean and large. Hotel was located in central Old Quarter on a street that closes for the weekend night market. Friendly staff who helped us make a same-day dinner reservation. They do laundry by the kilo which was very helpful.

I like the position of the hotel very much. Very near the lake, just few steps walk. Restaurant and shopping area. It is really center. Staffs are so nice and friendly. I feel like Iam home away from home. For the price, the hotel is so worth for it. Thanks team for a great holiday with you guys.
