I did not use the pool. The beach 1/2 a block away so that was preferable.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Location was great. The room was a bit tired but the bed comfortable. For the money, cannot go wrong, if you want 5 star facilities would not stay here. If you an experienced traveller and on a limited budget, this one for you.

Not as good looking as in pictures but it did not really bother me. You get what you paid for. Room was really big and clean but there could be more and new furniture to make it look nicer.

If you are looking for really good hot shower and cold fridge go here. Absolutely the best ones I have had in any hotel in the area and stayed a lot of hotels. Also really good curtains that darken the room. Bed was good and comfortable pillows. The location was really great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Balcony was big and nice view to street and ocean.

The room needed a bit of maintenance, as it had mould on the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The glass on the shower was dirty.

Great location close to the beach and spacious room with double bed. We had a good stay and the staff were polite and friendly.

The building is very old and needs some care and maintenance. The pool was also a bit dirty so we didn’t use it.

It is a very basic room, and the balcony basically serves no purpose, it has no views at all, as it’s just beside the corridor and people pass by may see your room if open up the curtain

Facilities: Television is not active. Safety box, cabinet, chair, table are old. Swimming pool is not clean and small. Hotel need to clean out side room.

Bathroom is clean, large and full function. Hotel position is near the beach and very convenience. My room is large and balcony view is nice.

A bit worn. TV didn't seem to plug in, but I never bothered to ask. Internet was patchy at times. Perhaps evenings when many were online.

Nice place. A bit worn with time, but a pleasant, comfortable, correct, to pleasant, staff, usable balcony on my upgraded room was excellent, and quite a large room. Surely high end in its day. Desk to do some work. Just a short walk from the beach, 100m or so. Good area with food options.

- old rooms, old furnitures - didn't dare to put anything in the fridge, it smelled so bad - they forgot our towels, had to pick them up at the reception and gave us twice damaged ones (picture) - not enough hot water to take a bath so useless bathtub - the hair dryer didn't work properly - don't get fooled by the swimming pool. You can't really use it and you won't when you'll see how dirty is it (that was kind of false advertising to be honest)

- Very conveniently located, 100m from the sea - Staff were friendly enough for Vietnam and helpful - the room I chose was quite spacious as well as the balcony - the price was reasonable

The hotel is not fresh, the furniture is worn out by time, the doors too. The room is dirty ;( Not all sockets worked, there was no drinking water in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room had a balcony and sea view! The price is budget.

Swimming pool closed for maintenance, though I didn't see any maintenance going on. No hot water it may have been slightly heated. TV didn't work.

Location was excellent, lift worked. Air-conditioning worked very well.

Balcony was all I was after and it met my expectations. Location was great, could see some of the sea from my room but mainly other high-risers and hotels. Plenty of local food spots, travel agencies and bars around.

The picture shows long large pool but it was tiny and unrealistic. It was more like a pound and I couldn’t even join because they drained out to fix for the whole week. The room are nice and quiet, they clean everything but didn’t refill the water and shampoo.

Location is nice, so close to the beach and anything else like I can walk to. The staff was helpful.
