United StatesWe couldn’t recommend this hotel more - it was incredible! The staff was very helpful and caring to our needs, they were also very accommodating when our plans changed and arrived very late. We went to the spa for massages, and they were excellent. Most importantly to us, the quality of the room was impeccable. The room was very clean, and the beds/pillows were the comfiest bed we have ever slept in!! I’m still dreaming of being back in those beds!!!

Perfect location for our cruise the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful. The half board option was well worth it if like us going on a cruise the next day and travelling prior to arrival.

IrelandLocation isn't great, there is not much around the area but it's handy if you are planning to do the Lan Ha Bay cruise. You need to take a car (provided by the hotel for free) to reach the swimming pool, so we didn't go to the swimming pool.
The staff was very kind. Breakfast was good too. We really liked the decoration of the room.

The pool and beach are a 5 minute drive away (shuttle service provided) and were beautiful but the resort they were at was quiet with no patrons and a lot of empty buildings. It was fine for us, but definitely to note when booking.
The hotel was stunning and the staff very kind. The room was beautiful and exceeded expectations. The food in the restaurant was superb and the breakfast buffet delicious!
