Great hotel in a good location. The decor is really cool and the room was a good size with a big comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy and the pool was a really nice place to relax at the end of the day.

Overall, besides the nice building, it did not match the price. Rooms can be very noisy when facing the street, everywhere is very dusty, some items did not feel clean enough (towels, bath mat). Breakfast was tasty yet very small quantity and only salty options. The wifi did not work in my room

Comfy place, nice, helpful staff. The hotel is near the streetfood/bars area but not in the midst of it, so it is relatively quiet at night.

It was quite noisy at night because of the busy street. If you’re a light sleeper, it is better to ask for a room facing the inner yard.

Everything was great. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and cosy courtyard after the hot day in Ho Chi Minh.

Not much to fault. Really great value, and in a central location.

Our initial room was right on the main road. It was very loud, so we requested a change. They were very accomodating and gave us a room on the upper floor away from the street. It was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfasts were tasty, and the staff v.friendly, helping with taxi's etc. The pool was a welcome relief after sightseeing in the heat. The colour scheme and styling of this property is awesome. Think Palm Springs mid-century complete with burnt orange render and cacti!

There was light shining through the curtains and through the bathroom window making more difficult to sleep.

Nothing exceptional and very strict with breakfast portions, but a very good value for the money paid. What they say about the noise from the street is true, but it didn’t bother us. We liked the location. They kept our luggage safe on the last day.

It’s a little far from the touristy things to do in Saigon but not a bad thing as it’s a bit more chill around that area.

Noise of the traffic outside at night.

Older style hotel, with a bit of a walk to the markets. Staff were very helpful and very nice. The pool was great to relax in after travelling. Value for money in Ho Chi Minh. We loved the glass lift! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

There is a hole about one brick in size between the bathroom and the sleeping area, ventilation maybe but unwelcome for noisey ablutions 💨

The hotel is actually an old army accommodation. Three stories high with what would have been motor bike access to your front door. It has been extensively renovated and serves well as a modern hotel. The room for three adults was a good size. The pool although small offered welcome relief from the high temps.

We first booked a twin room, but this one was next to the main street and pretty loud. So we paid more to get a bigger room facing the courtyard. It was a bit more quiet but you still could hear people walking past the room, the elevator and music from outside. But it's a beautiful place with super nice staff, atm is next door, restaurants all over the street around the hotel and walking distance to the main attractions

Really nice hotel and loved the decor in the room. Good size room with enough space to unpack and store out stuff. Comfy bed and good size bathroom and shower. Nice to have a pool to cool down in after exploring. All staff were really helpful and nice breakfast options.

There were always mosquitoes inside the room and the AC cools slow.

Amazing breakfast, nice view, and location very near to all places we wanted to visit.
