The only thing i dont like is no lif. My mom age 73 need to climb up everytime we comeback from trip.

Everything was perfect. Location is so near to the old town night market. I love my 4d3n stay. If i come back to Hoi An, i will definitely stay here again. Massage shop is just accross the road. Love it.

No pool. But that seems the norm in Hoi An. No breakfast. But plenty of options close by.

Location, location, location. It was a great stopover for one night. Walking distance to the markets, the lanterns and the river.

Nothing that I could think of.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, thanks to the great host! Checkin and out were smooth and direct. Location was pretty convenient as it's near to the night market, literally less than 50 steps away from the door step. It's a safe area to stay in. I even went for a jog at 5am and I'm glad to say it's safe to do so. Room was very clean and fresh. They even provide us with water and basic amenities. Food was easily accessible too. If you're planning to get a driver around, feel free to reach out to the hosts. Friendly hosts and family. Much recommended if you're in Hoi An.

I felt this is more like a home stay rather than a hotel. However the basics a traveler would need were met. There's aircon, clean enough and spacious room, private bath, also hairdryer... There are bicycles for rent.

LOCATION! It's surrounded by foot massage / nail places (great after walking around all day) and in a quiet alley. Very near the night market. Walking distance to the heart of Hoi An. Also value for money.

Location was so close to everything - 3 minute walk to the main bridge, 1 minute walk to the night market, free bike to go to the beach, very comfortable.

No lift but it’s not an issue as they helped us to bring our luggages

Excellent location, close to the Night Market and the old town. The host was very nice and was able to organise an airport pickup for me and my family at the last minute. Also you can buy the tickets and book the car through the hotel if you want to go to Coconut Forest & Da Nang.

The bathroom is badly designed, and ends up being entirely wet. Also, the room was quite musty, if it had flyscreens, we could’ve left the windows open, but it dosent. Also, this really should be called a home stay- as the family and their belongings were always in the entry. This wasn’t a problem, it was just unexpected.

The bathroom had a massive window in it to the bedroom - although there is a curtain. Room itself has no windows, only to the hallway. The bathroom did not have good ventilation

Love the location. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They organise all our day trips and transfers. Since we had a 1yo baby with us it was hard to join tours but they made it very easy.

Squeaky wardrobe door for the deluxe triple room, and poor water flow in the bathroom (whole bathroom floor will be wet after taking a shower).

Modern design, comfy and clean house and room! Spacious deluxe triple room. And great host - very helpful with the recommendations or local tours/transportation booking for cheaper prices. Also love that they provide money exchange services and free bicycles.

You’re basically in the centre of Hoi An with everything within walking distance. The room is super spacious and the lady landlord is extremely nice. She takes all the trouble away by organising whatever activities you want to do, at an extra cost.

The shower was open plan and flooded the whole bathroom floor everytime we showered. Needs a door or a floor lip to stop water spreading all over floor due to poor location of drain pipes. Also took around 4min on high till hot water came through. Huge waste of water waiting for hot water.

Very central and right next to the night market and canal as well as great food fendors and restaurants. The snacks and drinks in the mini bar were cheaper than the local stores. Staff were nice and friendly.

It is located at walkable distance from the Hoi An market and lake which made all the places easily accessible. The hosts made travel arrangements at decent price for us. Rooms were clean.

at the check the staff did not ask if we would have liked to have breakfast there (not included in the room) so in the morning they did not gave any breakfast because they said we should have asked before…

should taking of the air con because it was working not so well in the night and the window of some room should not be that glasses because when somebody use to walk pass the automatic light will be working I can’t sleep!
