Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They advertise that there is a safe 📦 at the room-complete falsehood! After 3 says that I told them that I am going to leave and demand refund, miracles happen, they brought a safe
I love the stuff at the front desk and the best are the cleaning ladies 😊

The pool was under construction. Not the best accessibility. I thought as per the pictures that it would be a bigger rooftop pool too and with more space. Beautiful though to have such view for a refreshing swim.
The location is amazing, the room and specially the bed are very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good too and varied :)

Pool upstairs needs loungers at least 4 come on guys a few loungers would make a big difference it's lovely up thete ok the rooftop bar never open but no biggy staff mangeress cleaners wonderful I am going to stay again. 3 weeks please get some loungers guys 😀

Breakfast isn't very good for people that want to have a sweet breakfast. The pool was disappointing. No towels, no sun beds, and a bad view of the city.

Hotel across the street from noisy bar with loud music into the night

WiFi wasn't consistent, so this makes it difficult to communicate, etc. The pool area, although posted, did not have anyone staffing it, no towels, and yet the sign in your room told you not to remove towels from the room. The pool has a lot of grit in it, they should vacuum the pool.
The two young ladies at breakfast every day were GREAT representatives for Customer Service. Also, a young man who worked at the front desk was very helpful.

There's lots of rats in Da nang (not in the hotel)

The infinity pool on the top floor is great and with panoramic views.
The location is very good. Close to the beach, bars and good restaurants.

Rooftop Bar was closed, pool needed renovation. Staff was not very friendly, didn't offer us the egg breakfast options until the last morning.
Beach is just 5 minutes away. Very large hotel room with a nice view over the city, had a garage to store our rental scooter.

Shower head damaged. Ants coming in, needs a renovation some point soon and seriously add one name to your hotel it's so hard to find on maps and grab coming up as 3 or 4 different names

Cleaning could have been better. A male staff asked how much my daughters weighed very rude. Someone smoking on elevator, and when they walked out. They never turned on the air conditioner in the lobby, which really sucked because it's hot as hell out.

It looks like the rooftop is abandoned. The skybar was closed and no one was taking care about the pool. In the description of the hotel they said they have free bike but they don’t have. Room are very small too you should upgrade for more confort
The staff are very competent and friendly thank again to Tara and Trang ! The location is very good i recommend to rent a motorbike and ride in the city !
