Really nice place, the family who runs the place is lovely and very hospitable. The room was huge and clean with big balcony. The swimming pool is also great and it's 10 mins walk from the beach. I can highly recommend it. WiFi was also great, I need strong WiFi for my work, it worked perfectly.

No English but they are super helpful, the translator and smile was enough to get understood Location : front to the river (super quiet, you can sleep until 12pm easy!) and 10min walk to the restaurant and night life Équipement perfect and new 2 windows inside the room to be sure you can have fresh and renew air

great view of the river, fields, town and mountains. I was here in low season. Terrible weather but the room was a comfortable refuge and the price was amazing. don't miss the "french connection " wine bar round the corner

Really great Homestay, we loved it. We had a lot of space in our room, comfortable beds and they have a swimming pool which we used a couple of times. They helped us renting a Motorbike, so that it was no problem to get to the old quarter.

The shower drain and fridge had bad odour.

Despite the language barriers, the family were hospitable and friendly. The homestay is not far from the beach and the balcony has a nice view of the river. You can rent bikes here for a low price and they have free water refills in the kitchen.

The lovely hostfamily welcomes you with open hearts and a big smile, so that the language barrier is no problem at all. It‘s located in a quiet street close to the beach and Hoi An. They serve really nice breakfast and made us feel really comfortable. It‘s great value for money! It’s a great place if you want to spent some days at the beach and just need a place to sleep at night.

The room was clean and super spacious. The host family was so friendly and helpful! They had bicycles which helped alot during our stay because we could ride to the beach and to the ancient town easily! Highly recommended!

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed and an own outdoor space. It's located in a nice neighborhood on the river and in walking distance to the beach. There are a few shops to buy water nearby and also a beautiful restaurant/ coffee shop in the opposite. It's a simple but great place to stay.
