Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNo elevator but not a huge distance to climb even to the 3rd floor. The shower leaked ALOT. Definitely needed some extra towels to contain the water.
Balcony was great. Right in the middle of town but we didn't notice too much noise. Lots of restaurants close by and the beer store is right next door. Very clean.

United StatesWe stayed here for 6 nights and were pleased by the hotel and room overall. They were able to accommodate our request for a balcony and we were on the 4th floor so had a great view of the town and ocean. The room was very spacious and clean. They came in to clean daily and give us new towels. The staff did not appear to speak much English but we were able to communicate.

Make sure you get a balcony room, preferably on the 4th floor, because the view from there is stunning. The location is fabulous, only 100 metres from the beachfront so it's easy to pop down to enjoy the sunrise with all the locals who are exercising, meditating, or swimming. It's also close to restaurants, cafes, the supermarket and the local market. The room itself is spacious and light, with delicious sea breezes. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and they do great laundry.

AustraliaI would have rated this hotel much higher except that the beds were very, very firm. The hardest bed I have ever slept on. If a hard bed is no issue for you, I would definitely recommend.
This hotel was clean and new, in a great spot close to everything. The staff were lovely and helpful.
