The location is very near all our target tourist spots to visit. The room is clean and the view is ok (unfortunately foggy furing our stay tho) The service is very good. Evry staff is accomodating and kind and always smile. Heater/aircon is working

Arrived at 4am and our room key was already prepared at the reception area. The staff helped us bring our luggages in our room ( no elevator).the room was clean, basic needs provided. Has a view of the mountains .

A bit further out from town, however there are good restaurants near by. The reason you are booking this room though is the amazing view, the space, the comfortable beds and the great price!! We got the triple room and it was amazing! I couldn’t believe the view from our beds!

The flooring is tile. Hope to consider replacing some carpet for extra comfort.

I prefer to have a mini fridge to store cold drink but they don't have it there.

I stayed 3 nights with my family in a triple room. It has an amazing room with excellent view over the mountain. I can see the top of Fansipan Mount (Buddha statue, Temple) from my balcony!!

It's way far than main area. Also again the check in check out times should change for all hotels in Vietnam as people travelling from abroad reach in the morning but all the hotels asked us to wait till 1-2pm which is why we wasted our half day and couldn't explore much.

Room size is better than normal. The hosts were super kind & helped us rent bikes, even when we need to change another in the next day. Mountain view was amazing for this value.

This homestay is close to sapa station for Fansipan mountain and number of other must see attractions in Sapa as cat cat village .The rooms were clean and really comfy. The host was really kind and helped us book bus to Hanoi and dropped us to bus stop. The view from room is serene. This hotel comes highly recommended by me for anyone visiting downtown.

There’s a lot of noise from the road - traffic, music etc. and the room was cold at night. There’s no food/drinks available at the property. could also use a cleaner in the window corners - spider webs.

The best thing is the view, room size is good, hot showers and comfortable bed with clean sheets and towels. There was also toiletries, hairdryer and a kettle to use as well. laundry service is good. Staff is also nice and it’s walking distance to the center and restaurants. Also good start for trekking to the villages.
