Highly recommend, very close to the super market & dining. Staff & owners are great, they recommended several place to eat & do while in town. Theroom was fantastic, loved the projection TV. Great balcony and coffee & tea with a great view of the river & city.

This homestay is amazing, the family is so kind and ready to help you with whatever you might need 😊 They had recommendations for places to visit, restaurants... They even found us somewhere to swim for free! They also helped us book a bus to our next destination and didn't mind when we ended up staying a night more The motorbike rental was also perfect, the room was clean and the bed and sheets are really comfortable There's also a projector and Netflix/YouTube which we really appreciated All in all, we can't recommend this homestay enough, thank you again ❤️

Excellent accommodation in Cao Bang. The family are very welcoming and the host Linh is really friendly and helpful. She helped to provide restaurant recommendations, tours, motorbike hire and buses. The rooms are really clean, comfortable and spacious. I was a little concerned the homestay was a bit outside the centre but it is only a short easy walk to get to all the restaurants etc. in the center.

Thank you to Linh and her family for the incredible hospitality. Everything was perfect, from the laundry service and scooter rental to the room with the projector and heated mattress. We initially planned to stay for two days, but we felt so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay by another two days. Before our departure, we had the honor of being invited to dine with the family at their table. They are truly very kind; it’s one of the best homestays we’ve experienced in Vietnam! The host was brilliant, they helped up to book a great tour for cheaper than online and have great recommendations for food. We had a heated blanket that was very comfy and we were given a projector to watch Netflix on which was brilliant.

This was a lovely homestay. It was very clean and comfortable and my room was spacious. The owners were lovely and gave some recommendations on where to eat. The room was quiet at night and I slept very well.

The only real drawback was that our room was on the street and there were a few weddings when we were there with pretty loud karaoke that went until ~11pm (in the middle of the week, not on the weekend which surprised us). We also would have ideally stayed a bit closer to the city center

We loved Sen's homestay. Our room was very clean and comfortable with lovely decor and came with the bonus of a heated mattress which was amazing after being quite cold motorbiking around in the cool Cao Bang's January weather (which felt shockingly cold on the motorbike). The real highlight though was the incredibly friendly and helpful host family who offered to help us above and beyond anywhere else we had been, and who also provided us with really excellent *local* recommendations for food and coffee, unlike pretty much everywhere else we stayed (where we often heard that we wouldn't like the local food). We also rented a motorbike from them and everything went really smoothly and easily.

I loved everything about this place. A family runs it and they are the most adorable people ever! I arrived at 5am and they let me check-in early and I truly appreciated it! Linh was so kind and sent me so much recommendations and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. The dad, when I checked out, kept me company until the bus arrived. The mom, woke up a little early for me so I could take the motorbike and go explore. The rooms are excellent and comfortable as well. Honestly everything about this place is wonderful. From the owners, the rooms and the motorbike. Thank you for everything! Hope to be back here again soon! :)

The bathroom floor gets really wet after showering and does not really dry up.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was generally clean and cozy. Most importantly though, Linh helped us out so much with our itinerary and questions (and we had lots of questions!) throughout our stay. Thanks to her we were able to make the most out of our stay in Cao Bang area.

Warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Rooms were ready early which really helped after a long bus ride. Constant communication provided through WhatsApp for places to go to eat and local events. Rented motorbikes which were delivered promptly and were reliable for the days excursion. A lovely family run homestay where nothing was too much trouble, would return.

Great service, friendly stuff and very comfortable room. The homestay is pretty close to the centre, about 5-10 minutes walk. Also it's very close to the main roads which makes it easier to get to the local landmarks.

The staff were amazing! They sorted everything for us and were so helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was close to the town, but also quiet. Definitely would recommend.
