Love the location, security, staff, and breakfast!!

I really recommend to stay in this hotel , as the location is extremely amazing in the hart of the old town, the food and the services were on point , the staff were very friendly and very generous I had an amazing experience they did a free upgrade to my room and it was very clean and comfortable moreover I really appreciate Mr. Leo Nguyen whom helped us out during checking out and make sure if we need anything, he provided us transportation to the airport and I was even surprised that it’s already paid.

Highly Recommended Hotel in Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Hanoi! The location is perfect – right in the center, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but what truly made the difference was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, cared for, and had a unique experience during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi and looking for a warm and memorable stay

THe very kindly upgraded me to the signature suite for a reasonable price - very kind offer which I took and the rooms was amazing, staff friendly and could not fault a single thing - early check in at 11am too with bag collection from our prior hotel. Everything was perfect, thanks to all the kinds staff who made the stay so memorable.

Great location and very clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Net to many restaurants and shops, but located in a quite street. Many sightseeings within walking distance. Rooftop bar is nice, great service from Tyler! We booked the hotel again for our final day in Vietnam.

We had a truly wonderful stay at L'signature hotel It feels like a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's old quarter Peaceful, cosy, and very comfortable The rooms and facilities are well cared for and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy. What really made the experience outstanding was the exceptional hospitality of the entire staff, especially Leo and Celine, with their heartfelt service that made our stay unforgettable I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay

Everything was fine.

Very nice property close to all the main attractions but still on a quiet street. Hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety of rooms.Room was spacious and well appointed. It was really nice that they charged a reasonable amount for the wine and drinks in the room. About equivalent prices to the local stores.

Spa atmosphere was not great. The massage service was good but I would call then in the room rather than go there.

Hotel is beutifull and in best location and a quiet street. Staff are extremly friendly and helpful. Specially Celine who helped us through. They upgraded us for hassle of one day delay in our visa, which was super nice.

Everything! from start to finish the hotel has the most amazing service, they take care of you and they make sure that your every need is taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough, i came in the middle of the night after a horrible experience at another hotel, i was so scared, but from the moment i checked in they greeted me with a warm smile and pristine clean amenities. I will always come back here when i go to hanoi. The best part was at the end of my stay i got given a present from the hotel, don’t even think just book here!!

My partner and I came to L'Signature hotel. We were so happy with the experience. The massages and the spa were delightful. The location is stunning and right in the heart of the Old Quarter. We did the food tour the hotel offered and it was honestly one of the best experiences we could ask for.

Staff are friendly and happy to assist with any requests. The location is fantastic for local shopping needs, range of places to eat and walking distance to the lake. Rooms are spacious and provide natural lights and a good size desk for working on your laptop - no problems at all with the wifi. Having stayed here a few times, it really does feel like a home away from home.

L’Signature hotel was an exceptional experience all the way around. The location is in the heart of Old Town, one of the busiest areas of Hanoi and centrally located. Can easily walk to anywhere from the hotel, including the beautiful nearby lake which is the centerpiece of the city. Hotel also offers bikes which is a bonus. The check-in was smooth and flexible, and the room size was surprisingly large given it’s an urban hotel. All the staff go above beyond with wonderful service, particularly Celine who was a joy to communicated with and skillfully handled all the pre-check in and check-in logistics. Overall, I highly recommend L’Signature Hotel for anyone planning to spend time in Old Town, Hanoi, and I look forward to staying here for my next visit :)

Great location and facilities. Small roof top pool but was nice to cool down in. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Even brought me a birthday cake at breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. Great stay.
