The guesthouse has a great location, just a short walk from the Cathedral. Rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the tour service is excellent. Laura was especially thoughtful and attentive. Lots of local restaurants are also nearby

I stayed in Room 401, which is a bit high up, but pleasantly quiet. The room is simple, yet equipped with the essential amenities such as a hair dryer and hot shower. The host, Ms. Luna, is attentive and kind. She was always ready to answer any questions I had, and from time to time she would prepare traditional dishes for her guests. During my stay, she offered me peanut candy. It was a little hard, but paired with green tea it tasted just right. She explained that it is a common snack among local workers, which gave me a small but genuine glimpse into everyday life here. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake, and plenty of excellent street food stalls. The only drawback is that the building has no elevator, so it may not be suitable for elderly guests. Otherwise, my experience was warm, comfortable, and memorable.

After 8am, I woke up due to some aircraft flying what seemed very close. I haven’t had this in Hanoi before but this was also the first time I stayed in the top floor of a building. Be aware if you are planning to sleep until late.

The room has everything you need: the bed is big and comfy, AC works like a charm and bathroom was clean. Also, I arrived a bit early and they made sure I could check-in as soon as possible. Location is also great, close to the cathedral and very good Pho restaurants.

The Family is very helpful. We stayed longer than expected because of a sickness and it was no problem. Also did we postpone a tour twice because we got sick also no problem. She will book tours busses and private drivers for you. The room is very clean and the bed really comfortable. All in all it is a great hostel and we can really recommend it:))

The beds are really comfy, the woman running the hotel is super nice and gave me free drinks and even reduced the price of the room for me. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also, you cannot hear all the noise from outside and so is really comfortable. All amenities where provided for me and it was a great value for money.

Luna was simply the best. The room we booked had a problem and she took us to a much better place 5 min away. Everything was perfect: cleanliness, location, the bed, everything. We reserved twice, and will come back.

The entrance of the hotel was still in construction so it made a lot of noise in the morning but it is temporary so don't worry about it.

Laura was adorable and made sure i had everything i needed. They just opened a second place to extend the hotel so I benefited of a larger room for the same price. The accommodation was great and very well located. I've left my luggages for the whole day after my check out and came back in the evening to get them and it went super easily.

On the whole everything was great, just a little noisy in the evenings until midnight but at this price I can't really complain.

Must book especially if you’re a solo traveler! I stayed here alone as a woman and it was super easy. The room is clean and has everything. Laura (the host) is amazing and helped me even to book my taxi to another city. I really recommend this place and I’ll come back every time I’m in Hanoi.
