The pillows were quite thin and there was no option for replacement.

The kitchen was very accommodating with my vegan dietary requirements. We had the breakfast included and every morning I could order a special meal in addition to a great variety at the buffet.

What a sensational hotel - we LOVED it! Would definitely go back & highly recommend. Pool was amazing. Staff absolutely great! Fabulous location. Beds SO comfortable. The food was first class & delicious. Best pho in Vietnam!

It was a little run down. We were upgraded to a bigger room, however the down fall was it was in an older building, No aircon in the hallways and lifts, this building was not part of the tower we were booked into, and the room needed major updates. Curtains were falling off their hinges.

The staff were all beautiful. The breakfast was nice and the coffee amazing. The beach was over the road, however it was very hard to cross the road due to traffic and no pedestrian crossing. However if you read up on crossing the roads in Vietnam, you will understand how to weave through.

We got the ocean front with balcony and it was a beautiful view of Nha Trang Beach. I appreciated they offered us the early check in with reasonable extra cost. The room was beautiful and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was amazing

The hotel facilities were fantastic! The pool was clean and never too busy and the part of the beach the hotel is on is quiet and not very crowded! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff were all fantastic and really made all of us (including my young kids) feel welcomed and loved.

The kids' room was outdated and clearly needs more toys for kids to play with. Some steps in the Swimming pool are nearly broken.

Located next to Lotte mall and Nha Trang center. There are many things to do around. Recommend Ca Bay seafood restaurant nearby, really good service and good food. The staff was really nice and efficient. Decent breakfast.

Unfortunately during my stay the spa was closed, but I had some fun in the Jacuzzi which caused concerns to staff when bubbles were seen floating from my balcony and the tv reported the first ever snow fall in Vietnam. The staff were great and cleaned up the mess.

The staff were extremely polite, well mannered and very professional. After an initial mixup which later turned out to be my fault the staff changed my room twice within the first 2 hours and nothing was a problem for them, they were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

Very attentive personnel all over the hotel. The pool area is great for relaxing and the free to use chairs and umbrellas at the beach just great.
