This was far and away the best place we stayed in Vietnam. The location is an easy 15 minute walk to the Old City, or a quick ride with one of the electric cabs for 50,000vnd. It's a quiet street on a separate island which lets you get quickly into the old city and quickly to q peaceful street. . There are a couple of good restaurants on the street into town (especially recommend Chopsticks near the bridge)The swimming pool was a delightful break from the heat and busy-ness of Hoi An with beautiful views over greenery at the back. The room was a really good size, with a lovely bathroom and balcony. We had a room in the front, which I enjoyed for the view over the street and a lovely balcony, but it might be particularly lovely if you had a balcony overlooking the garden at the back, but it didn't matter because we could sit on sun loungers in the garden by the pool for the same view. Breakfast was lovely - beautifully set out and wonderfully fresh with fresh cooked eggs of your choice. The staff were so friendly and helpful, getting us a taxi to the railway, and giving great recommendations for restaurants - really recommend you try some of them. The hotel is also linked to Mekong Tailors and we had dresses made with them, and I would also really recommend them. Overall I couldn't recommend this place enough and will definitely come back here next time I visit Hoi An.

The beds were really comfy and the hotel cleaned the bedroom very well each day. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast terrace was very beautiful with nice nature views. The pool was correct as well. To go to Hoi An old town it was easy with Grab or otherwise it only was 10 minutes walking.

Nicely designed, tailor themed boutique hotel with great view for details. Very quiet room (towards the river), pool like a small oasis. Fine breakfast. Super attentive staff and service, organised a great value transfer drive to Hue via marble mountain and Hai Van Pass. Wished we had stayed longer.

We loved our stay here! The staff are so friendly, the rooms are large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Pool is a great asset. They also own a tailor - we went to one we saw recommended in lonely planet instead, but weren’t completely happy with our experience and actually wished we had used theirs! They had a great choice of fabrics and seem very serious about their work. The location is also great, just a bit removed from the stress of the old town.

Right from the beginning, perfect online communication with Vi and Nhi, the receptionists, who later turn out to be extremely friendly in person, speak excellent English and are ever so helpful!🙏 The hotel itself is on the boutique side, pretty and chic. The bed and pillows were among the nicest I've had in various types of accommodation in years. Good air conditioning, a very nice balcony overlooking the river, and very kind cleaning ladies. Excellent breakfast buffet, including homemade yoghurt and different little local snacks every day. Wonderful coffee, too. The pool is small but sweet and it does cool you properly after a day of sightseeing.

This is such a lovely place: the rooms, the beds, the friendly staff, the location, the pool and the breakfast. One of the best places we stayed in at Vietnam. And the owners are great tailors too! Compliments too the friendly ladies at the reception. They are very helpful!

We had a fantastic stay at Quin Riverside Villa! The staff were amazing—always friendly and happy to help. Special thanks to Nhi and Vy at reception for being so kind and helpful, and to Lai, who took such great care of our room. Also thank you to Huong and Loan for the lovely breakfast service. Our room was super clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The villa has beautiful views of the river and a nice swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after exploring the town. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the hotel also offers an excellent tailoring service. We ordered two blazers, a trench coat, and a dress—all beautifully made at a great price. The tailor shop staff were incredibly sweet—our son even adored one of the girls and kept asking if we’d go back! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An. We’d love to get back!

All was amazing!

Wonderful place, with a very peaceful view, lovely owners and staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, Mr Ho and Mrs Van truly put their souls into their work. The breakfast and the pool are great. The island is calm, with nice restaurants and message spots. Town and beach, could be easily reached by bicycles offered by the hotel for free. The way to there is nice and fast. On top Mrs Van is an amazing tailor and we can’t recommend her enough. We ordered silky blouses and dresses and they turned out so unique and beautiful.

Loved the location, close to everything but still quiet at night time. The cleaning was exceptional. The best I’ve seen - very thorough service to the rooms every day. Loved the pool. It was undercover and perfect for staying out of the direct sun (this was one reason we chose this property). As we were travelling with another family (both families had children) the layout of the building worked perfectly. We were all on the same floor. When we were having trouble booking for a show in Hoi An, Nia helped us book tickets and made everything run very smoothly. Nothing was any trouble. Loved our stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Queen Riverside Villa. The place was impeccable – beautifully kept, clean, and full of traditional charm. The view over the river is lovely, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area where breakfast is served and the refreshing pool. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the old town, which might seem a bit far at first, but it’s actually perfect. It’s away from the city traffic and noise, so it's peaceful and ideal for relaxing after a day out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the owner is a genuinely lovely person. We really felt at home and left very happy with our stay. If we ever have the chance, we would love to come back!

Loved everything! Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast - a great mix of Vietnamese and western options. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Beautiful and calm outside space backing onto a river where you can see the water buffalo every morning. Easy to cycle or walk into the old quarter.
