Great location! We found plenty of really good restaurants close by!.. & The hotels free use of push bikes enabled us to get around easily...lovely helpful staff & fantastic breakfasts too!

The location is abit far from the beach. They do provide a shuttle though. They are still developing the hotel so some thing aren’t there yet- no sunset bar as stated

Good value for money here. The hotel is new so is still developing in areas. The rooms were really comfortable, good air con, smart TV and nice balcony for the sunset views! We didn’t use the pool at all but looked pretty busy most days. Breakfast was ok, buffet food didn’t keep hot but the fresh egg station and fruit/yoghurts were nice.

Very quiet area, big space in front for taxi, nice street with really good smoothies and restaurant just nearby. Spacious rooms, good style, mine even had a table for working. Little cute details like a beach bag, delicious breakfast with a lot of fruit. I’d stay here again

Some of the staff did not speak English Motor bike rentals are not actually from the hotel but an outside supplier and condition not great . Rooms a good size but like so many Vietnamese hotels lacking in hanging/ storage space

We loved everything at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Our rooms were really clean and exceeded my expectations so that we extended our stay for 5 days. Highly recommend it to people who prefer cleanliness.

Pickup service management may need more communication

Custom service is very nice, staff are friendly and helpful; air conditioning is cold enough; sufficient warm shower water; provide free airport pickup service, breakfast and welcome drink. Would love to have a few more nights here. Will surely come back again!!

Only thing missing was a mirror in the bedroom

Well located for the beach (amazing sunsets) and close to plenty of restaurants, good variety to choose from. Deluxe room was very spacious. Enjoyed a lovely seafood barbecue at the hotel on our first evening, fresh and good value. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, freshly cooked eggs/omelettes, the tropical fruits were a personal favourite. If I’m lucky enough to visit Phu Quoc again I would definitely stay at The Up again!

Our room was non smoking but in the nights there were smell of smoke from other rooms we were with our son and this was annoying

Its quiet, mostly families with little kids are staying in hotel this was good. Location 20km from vinwonders, but near the beach and center of the city and delicious restaurants. For us vinwonders was boring. Pool was very clean.

They did tell me they would do a complimentary Birthday decoration for me for my arrival since I came for my birthday but it didn’t happen. Other than that it was great.

Where to start ? Everything was perfect. The property is modern. Opened couple of months ago, they have good gig running. The location is unreal. The hotel also rents bikes for your adventures around the island. The breakfast has an amazing selection of dishes. We extended our trip. We were to stay one night we ended up spending 6 ! They were so accommodating. The staff is extremely friendly. And we want to give a very big thank you to Long our friend that never stopped smiling and being caring for us, it made our trip extra special. A special place that we will never forget !

Many of the staff are trainees, which is fine, but none of them could speak English. Maybe the hotel is catering to the influx of Chinese and Korean tourists to Phu Quoc. The fitness suite is tiny.

Wonderful. I extended my stay from 5 nights to 9, and wish I could stay longer. New, modern, clean, spacious, good breakfast. Bicycles provided free of charge.

For one or two nights of stay this hotel is ok as the rooms while small are very clean and have everything you need. It was raining while we were there and having some sort of connecting walkway to the main reception/restaurant would be very handy!

The Breakfast was nice as buffet had variety of food to cater for most ppl. Whilst location is central we were woken up number of times during the night due to dogs barking/hauling throughout the night.

Rooms were not soundproof and you could hear other guests talking on the corridor. Also fire alarm went off multiple times a night.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and had many choices. Motorbike renting was easy. Many restaurants and cafes nearby

Room was small, bed was small, reasonably clean but not great, not as shown in photos on listing. We moved to a different hotel after first night and staff refused to refund remaining days of stay.
