Dinner was well served but the fish ordered seems pre cooked, But taste was excellent.

It´s a quite Hotel to stay with supper breakfast. The localization is far from downtown center however, near main road for travellers.

Not many (almost none) tourists in this area, so don't expect anyone to talk English. There's not much to do in the area, but it's great for a one night stop.

Clean room, lovely staff, enough facilities, amazing breakfast! We are really happy we stayed here on our bike trip from south to north Vietnam. One of our best stays when it comes to comfort!

It's out of the city, but given we used private car, and the city is small, it won't be a trouble for us. Please consider this fact if you don't have a car.

Staff very helpful, used translating app, nice breakfast with more than enough food. The only small thing is that the fridge did not make anything cold and in Vietnam's hot weather, it will be a great plus if this can be rectified.

Location is in an industrial area, if you come by motorbike, expect to be dusty. OK for us, we were dusty anyway. Breakfast is forgettable, coffee was bad. In-room mini fridge is barely cold.

Huge comfortable and clean room, great for relaxing after a day on the road. For westerners looking for a high quality hotel, this is a great option at a competitive price. Room service is good with a large menu. A porter was nice enough to carry our bags to our room even though they were quite dirty from the ride from Phong Nha. And there are English language channels on the TV! If you are looking for an overnight to break up the ride from Phong Nha to Ninh Binh or Ha Noi, this is a good location.

The toilet stopped working 😅 (they offered to change room, so it was fine) The restaurant didn't work (probably too few people). And in the neighborhood there are no places to eat. So we had to make a small trip to eat anything for supper

The quality of the hotel is high, however, the location is very awkward. Located in an industrial area there’s no convenience or nearby stores or shops. Transportation to and from anywhere you wish to go is essentially required.

They charged a lot for laundry, without letting me know the price in advance. It was more than I have spent on the hotel room! The lady at the reception was too busy talking on the phone when I let her know that the laundry was left on the bed. They also ruined our clothes, they must have washed them in super hot water, as the colors were faded and some of them had color spots. The reception employees were not very helpful. They did offer me a discount, but after I asked for it. And it was still expensive.

I stayed just one night for an stop on my way north. The room was great, reallly big and well equipped. The staff was really nice, but couldn't speak english. Not a big deal, I wasn't expecting this for an hotel at this price range. The hotel is a bit out of town.

Could use small updates even though it seems quiet new. - Toilet seat could be replaced. Toilet did not flush properly. Pillows felt like Mt Everest. Breakfast buffet did not exist and communication wasn’t well. We ordered two eggs with bread, tomatoes and cucumber. We got two breads, one egg, no garnish and a soup. Coffee s been served cold.

When I entered there was a used cotton stick on the table :(. Location was horrible, even taxis did not want to come so.we failed to get a grab taxi and azked the receptionist to get us taxi, instead. It is very far from the city and in front of a factory.

It was a nice hotel. We did not get to use pool, but it seemed clean. Just very weirdly located, you hat to go through main lobby wet. Room was very bug and ahower was good. Breakfast was good, wide choice of food, however it wqs not aimed at foreigners amd was for the local taste.

we didn't stay in the end because one of the reasons we booked it was because it had a pool. however on arrival (very hot day) we were told the pool was out of service. They were understanding and let us cancel our booking for no fee. In fairness to the hotel, they had a note on the Booking.com page that mentioned the pool issue, but perhaps the booking search shouldn't have highlighted the hotel when we selected the pool search filter.
