Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainWe tried massage at their spa, but it was very deep and painful. I guess it's a common problem of the most spa of Vietnam.
Silent location with a great sunset view. Clean and conformable rooms. Responsive and pleasant staff. It's possible to rent a motorbike directly in the resort with a good price. They have good enough breakfast and lunch/dinner options. The territory of the resort is very beautiful.

South KoreaIt has all the facilities that a four-star hotel can have, but it is not in a state of activation.
Although it is not currently very crowded, it gives a glimpse of the past as a four-star hotel. It can be seen that even now, all the staff are doing their best to save the hotel. In order to solve the problems written in the review, they provided a quick vehicle pickup service and replaced the safe. The price was low, and as a genius member of the Booking.com, I benefited from early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrade, my satisfaction increased. In particular, I was very grateful to receive a birthday cake for my companion. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a friendly, cost-effective four-star boutique hotel near tourist attractions. In particular, the kindness of the staff and the condition of the room are good.

AustraliaA transport option between the hotel and the main road would be a bonus.
The breakfast was good, a good variety of food was on offer. The location was a bit far from the main street and is located on a hill, so you need to be in good physical health to manage this walk to and from the main road. The pool is big and clean.

United StatesThe lush, peaceful environment was perfect for unwinding after busy workdays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fantastic mountain view. My kids loved the pool and the small organic vegetable garden. Breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fresh fruit juices. We’ll definitely come back!

PortugalThe service at this hotel is terrible, and the most disappointing part is the reception—they seem completely uninterested in working. I spent 10 nights here and still have no idea how the shuttle to the beach works, nor did I receive any clear information about the restaurant or the spa. The biggest concern is safety. Upon arrival, we discovered that the inner door between our room and the neighboring one couldn’t be locked. According to other guests’ reviews, there had already been incidents of money being stolen. Despite multiple requests to the reception, nothing was done to address the issue. Additionally, if you have kids or are afraid of dogs, be cautious—the road from the main street to the hotel is poorly lit and full of stray dogs. While they are not aggressive, they tend to bark at people.
From positive I would list the view from the hotel (not the room), infinity pool and good variety of food at breakfest.

KazakhstanBreakfast is boring, of the same type, if you do not eat pork, then it will be difficult for you to have breakfast. When we stayed at the hotel, there was only one chicken.
The hotel had a cool pool.

VietnamThey did not have our booking which we made through Booking.com Because they did not have our booking, they could only offer us accommodations for 1 night. We cut our holiday short and returned home to Hanoi. This was very disappointing. *I also tried to connect with Booking.com and this was incredibly challenging. Eventually, someone emailed me from Booking.com and asked for my confirmation # etc. I responded and I never heard back from them.
Pool. The bed was large. The lady who served the welcome drinks was wonderful. The staff tried their best to help us with our situation. But it was discouraging nonetheless.

CambodiaThe breakfast was of a very high quality with lots of options to suit everyone's tastes. The rooms were kept very clean. They hotel hostest a really fun NYE party. The buffet was delicious and the staff were really accommodating and fun. It is only a short walk to many excellent places to eat and about a 15 minute walk to a gorgeous beach.

VietnamI recently stayed at Tom Hill Boutique Resort and Spa and had a great experience. The location is quite central, perched on a hill, offering spectacular sunset views. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing support via WhatsApp which made communication very convenient. The buffet, though not extensive, was good and had a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the fresh morning air added a refreshing start to the day. A special highlight was their accommodation of our late flight by offering a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Although my stay was just for a day, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

AustraliaNot close to the beach .. hiih J/K
Nestled in a quiet, central part of the island, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busy tourist areas. One of the highlights is the beautiful pool – clean, spacious, and ideal for lounging all day. The young and friendly staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Even though the resort isn’t directly by the beach, the staff is more than happy to arrange transportation to and from the shore, which adds great convenience. This eco-green hotel is also committed to sustainability, with eco-friendly facilities that make it stand out. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, giving guests a range of dining options without needing to travel far. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service and a focus on environmental responsibility, Tom Hill Resort Phu Quốc is an excellent choice.

VietnamThe saltwater electrolysis pool at TomHill is not only amazing in terms of water quality but also offers a prime location. From the pool, I can see the entire resort and the distant beach.
