Easy to find, nice place, clean room

Bit far from the city centre.

Three of us stayed in this hotel recently and we're amazed by the cleanliness although it does look as if the hotel has been recently built. The only disadvantage was that the hotel is located a good 20 minutes walk from the center of Dong Van. The owners made us feel very welcome on check-in, and there is an elevator to all floors if you have luggage. We did have to park our three motorbikes on the pavement outside but due to the distance from the city we felt they were safe. I would recommend this hotel especially if you want a clean and new place to stay. In fact the only disadvantage was the distance from the center of the city and we didn't realize when we booked this. Dong Van has a great night life with many bars, and a lot going on. However if you intend to partake in this, you may wish to consider a hotel a bit closer. But if a quiet night is your style then this is recommended.

I super love my stay at this hotel that I rebooked twice 😄 • Room - clean. And they can clean it everyday for you • Beds - very comfortable • Comfort room - I’m sensitive about bathrooms but I was impressed here. It was clean! There are also extra toothbrush, soaps, shampoos and tissues you can use. And it has hot shower! • Room is air conditioned, has electric fan, tv, has cabinet with huge space, a table, a chair, blower, tea, electric kettle, bottled water, there’s also refill, and other things you may need • has laundry area • Let’s not forget how kind and helpful the OWNER and the STAFFS. There might be a language barrier but they try their best to to help and they have been really very helpful. They call drivers for you, guide you, walk you out if you’re lost, drive you, etc. • Location is perf! Just a few minutes from the market. It maybe near the market but still very quiet. • wifi is fast!

Just a small warning: The bathroom has a glass wall next to the bed, with a semi transparent curtain. No problem for a couple for us, but if i was with a friend I would feel less comfortable. Better to book separate rooms in that case.

Very friendly people that don't speak English but communicated through Google translate (like everywhere in vietnam). They gave us a nice room with a great view on the mountains. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The ac has a heater option, great after a loooong day of riding on a rainy day.

Beautiful room with private balcony and amazing view on the Mountain (we were at the 5th floor). Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. Nice staff. A little bit far from the center if you want to enjoy the night life in dong van, but its only a 10 min walk. NB : No breakfast nor coffee.

Clean room, comfortable bed, wifi was not working on 4th floor to start with but the hosts sorted it out very quickly when we asked about it. Great view, very good value for money, highly recommend

Beds were comfortable, place was clean, 2 min by motorbike to the centre of town, and the dorm is in the top floor, so it has a nice little view.

The staff was not communicative at all. After the rain in night, there was some water in the room which went through fire escape door in our room.

The room was clean and as it was cold outside, we were able to use the AC for heating.

A little bit outside of the city centre but therefore quiet. I dont know if it is a Vietnamese thing but when you serve a customer please keep your phone in the pocket for 5min. It is not necessary to call some random people while you walk up the stairs, show room, or scan passports..

The dorm is in the 6th floor and there is no elevator so might be a deal breaker for someone.

Everything was great

Clean, warm, with a soft mattress and with enough food for dinner! Ideal choice after a loooong day on the motorbike riding around the Ha Giang loop! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice hostel, a really good and comfy room with a beautiful view and fully equiped (bathroom equipments, hair dryer..). The family even invited us to eat with them. We recommand it !

They could speak some english at least but other than that, everything was great

The hotel is fully new. I had a splendid view on the mountains. It has a heater that you can fully use in order to stay warm over night. Best value for money

Room was very clean and it seemed like also pretty newly build. Bed was big and comfy, bathroom was also very clean and we were provided all the necessities such as towels, shower gels, etc. Room also had a hair dryer and AC.

No elevator, though not a big deal. Staff wasn't very talkative, but that's not an issue for us.

We got the 5th floor front facing room, so the view was really great with the mountains. The room is very nice, with glass bathroom, and we had to turn the AC heating as it was chilly that day. Wifi was decent to stream.
