The breakfast is poor considering the nightly price that we was paying, it’s a shame because the room, the beach and the whole resort is very good. The resort could really improve the whole breakfast experience and not at an astronomical cost.

The room on the beach front was lovely and great for that morning walk on the beach. The beach is really good as it has the correctly installed beach protection (unlike the rest of Mùi Ne).

Walking directly from balcony onto the beach was great, this is a great resort if you have a dog!

We just missed having expresso coffee and a bit more gluten free options for breakfast.

Food is delicious. The hotel is perfect to be with dogs and the staff is very friendly and very helpful at all times.

There are mosquitos and sandflies on the beach, but I just brought a lot of bug spray and it was fine.

Great resort and loved my beach bungalow. Had two dogs with me and they had the best time running around the white sand beach everyday. Beach was large, very clean and the water was also great. Staff very friendly.

The rooms were lovely, would have loved a bit of an improvement in the bathroom - the water pressure was quite weak, the shower curtain a little rusty and dirty, the toiletries are not very good quality and only include shampoo and body gel, the sink faucet in both rooms would not readily turn off and kept running all night. Simple items that can be fixed to improve the quality and comfort of staying here.

Loved that it had a beach as much of Mui Ne has lost beachfront in the previous years. Excellent landscaping, layout, and overall facilities. Super dog-friendly, and felt safe and welcome having the dogs run around. The team at White Sands are so kind and accommodating, and friendly and professional at the same time. Made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The spa service could have been better. We didn't feel very welcome there.

It's right on the beach and nice and quiet. The food at the restaurant was excellent and I was cooked lovely vegan food.

We booked a villa for 5. Then it turned out to be for only 4 persons and we had to pay extra. Although the booking clearly stated for 5 persons.

Pool and beach are next to eachother. Both are great!! Staff is friendly. Breakfast excellent. Lovely small resort.

Rooms were comfortable although would have been more comfortable minus the bugs at night but it's Vietnam during rainy season. Beach had a lot of sand flies. However, nothing the staff or hotel can control.

Absolutely the most dog friendly beach - being able to have my 3 dogs have a relaxing holiday was priceless. Staff was so sweet and the pool was super relaxing. The beach is one of the cleanest I've seen in Mui Ne!

The resort is already a bit dated. Could use a renovation. Lunch was good, the breakfast could be better.

This resort has a nice beach which is indeed white as the name suggests. The staff is friendly. Location is at the beginning of the strip where u can find many restaurants. Pet friendly

It looked old fashioned style and facilities are outdated, some didn’t work and I think it would be good if they were reinnovated.

Nice beach and really appreciated the “pet friendly” policy, all staff are so nice even with furry guests. Good breakfast and meals. Nice pool also.

Food was overpriced for what it was and the food quality at times was not great.

Beautiful beach, fantastic clean rooms. Staff were always helpful and kind. Pool was lovely and relaxing and they have a great atmosphere. Our dog loved the beach.

we came there with our little puppy and we had a good stay at their resort. my puppy had chance to play with many fur friends there and especially the sand. moreover the staffs are very helpful and creating the pet friendly vibe that every dog owners want to feel

The rooms and facilities are old. The blankets are quite old and need to change. There are many mosquitoes in the bungalow. I and my baby have been stung a lot.
