If I had to nit pick it would be to give the goldfish in the pond running water and some aquatic plants they look sad in their sad pond

Could not chargeback to the room so we had to pay for each individual order from the bar. Had to get pool towels from reception instead of readily available by the poolside.

Pool area was very relaxing, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked really good and the room was very spacious. Very close to shops, restaurants and general downtown area.

The shower needs upgrading and the pool wasn't safe, the steps need some kind of coloured tiling or something for people to see them underwater otherwise you hurt yourself like my daughter did.

The food was great, the staff were awesome. The rooms were spacious and well lit, the bathroom was nice and spacious compared to other hotels.

The only thing that concerns me is the bathroom that is not suitable enough for elderly people and the laundry needs more washing and drying machines for clients.

The air con leaked throughout my stay and the staff were notified. I was told that someone came and fixed it but it continued to leak water onto the chair while I was there.

Aircon - wasn't effective. Cleanliness of pool - a great pool, but with the volume of people using it, it does need its ph monitored and chlorine added during the day.

Probably just the lack of towels readily available and the wifi in our room didn’t work. Also the lack of dinner options on the menu but was close by to other restaurants.

We liked the breakfast and the pool. They also put our two rooms right next to each other so that was very handy.

We can’t have food and drinks from restaurant charged to the room for some reason, so we had to bring our wallets all the time to the pool. Also had to pay cash for room service meal instead of charging room.

Room was very clean when we arrived. Location is close to restaurants and attractions. Would recommend Fiahfiah night if you’re there on a Wednesday and book in advance.

The location meant that you really needed a car unless you were someone that liked to just stay at the hotel and use the hotel facilities. The food menu was limited.

The pool/bar area was very nice. The staff were very approachable and courteous. Room was spacious.

We loved the aesthetic, a beautiful Samoan vibe. The facilities were well maintained and clean. There was a great range at breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes. There was also a coin operated washing machine and dryer which we appreciate. A lovely way to start our holiday in Apia.

I thought the price was a bit steep, but I think Samoa is just a bit more expensive than I expected.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodation was well set out and very comfortable. If you want to check out Apia, markets and shops are in walking distance. The restaurant does well, and the breakfast buffet is good.

Compared to hotels in other countries at a similar price point, this one feels quite expensive—though given the location, that’s understandable. I was disappointed to find that even the morning coffee during breakfast came at an extra cost. The room was very basic, with no amenities like slippers, a toothbrush, or toiletries, and only two 0.5L bottles of water in the fridge. The Wi-Fi was quite slow, so I ended up using my own SIM card. There's also no airport shuttle, so transfers need to be arranged separately.

I like the location and the hotel setup: low-rise buildings, green, and quiet.

I stayed for 12 nights. By the end the friendly Mercy and I were besties. I asked for a quiet room when I booked booking.com and they gave a room that faced over the back garden and away from all the action. This was a god send. The restaurant is not bad value for money and there are a few nice eating spots within a short walk from the hotel. Its in a quiet part of town and I enjoyed walking to the end of the "peninsula" in the evenings - before and after sunset. Breakfasts were decent, the filter coffee was ok (good enough, but not amazeballs). I would give it 8.5 rating (this site only lets me give 8 or 9 and 9 is too high)- comfortable, but not cheap... but definitely cheaper than other similar options.
