A couple of minutes walk from the square in the Prizren Old Town, yet quite location! Friendly owner who speaks fluent English, you can have homemade raki in the cafe. Room was comfortable, good pressure in shower. WiFi works very good and fast. I stayed 3 nights.

Nue and Linda are the perfect hosts who really make all their guests feel at home and are on hand to help with their guests every needs . The location is perfect in that it’s right in the centre but on a quiet side street with lovely views of the church . The property has really character with excellent air con and wi fi . I couldn’t have asked for more and ended up extending my stay for 2 nights

After taking a shower, the bathroom becomes totally wet. Shower curtains should be installed, or at least a floor wiper should be provided.

I stayed in the top floor suite, on the express recommendation of a friend who had just stayed there. It was a very comfortable space - complete with a full kitchen, including a full size fridge freezer and even a dishwashing machine. There was also air-conditioning. The terrace outside was sizeable and had great views over the city. The hotel is located very centrally, and there is a fantastic restaurant three buildings away. A particular highlight was the owner and his family, who were exceptionally hospitable and made my trip feel like I was staying with friends of friends. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are in Prizren! One tip: if you are arriving by car, Google maps might try to take you down the pedestrian access to the hotel (not a problem on a motorcycle however). So I would recommend contacting the owner ahead of arrival so he can explain the specific route to take to access the hotel.

At times there were some noticeable odors from the bathroom drainage, however this is to be expected from the designs of these older buildings in Kosovo.

Amazing location close enough to the main part of old town but out the way of all the noise. Staff was exceptional and went out of his way to help me with anything I needed. Room was very clean and provided a great value for the money.

The shower made the bathroom a wet room and there was little ventilation. It might be nice for the shower to have a door or a ledge around it to stop the water going everywhere.

Lovely location in the old town. Our room had a nice balcony with a good view of the fortress. Comfortable room and bed. The family were so nice and welcoming. They invited us to join them for a drink on our second night and were great fun.

Nothing, everything was great with our stay.

The room had a lovely balcony with the view of the Church and the location was perfect. The room had AC and a private bathroom which was comfortable. We had a car and the owner went out of her way to come with us and show us a free parking area where we could leave our car for 2 nights. Communication was very good in English and we could pay with Paypal instead of cash which was a bonus for us. We were lucky that they had prepared their traditional pastry Fli during the day and the owner gave us two large pieces to try either with nutella or cheese. This was a really nice gesture :) We definitely recommend this guesthouse. Thanks

Nothing. I really liked it. The stairs are in a small spiral, which may cause issues for some people, but the lovely Nicoletta (sorry if i got her name a bit wrong) offered help with luggage.

The location is amazing. In the most central area but didn’t feel that way once you are inside. The staff were the most friendly they could be. It felt like a real family business. They sold drinks in their garden area and it was one street away from the craziness of downtown but so calm! The playlist, created by dad, was awesome. My single room was small by comparison to others but it did what i needed it to do.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. My balcony overlooked the fortress, the mosque, and the church. The owners are exceptionally kind, and it was a great place to stay.
