Parking is a mess. Small and not enough for all the guests, but this is almost the "standard" in PRN so not a great complaint.

It's located near the city center. Walkable distance from downtown, few restaurants just across the street.

The reception staff, (both ladies morning and afternoon shift) were very professional and hospitable. They helped us a lot with recommendations about the city and and what to do. They definitely know their job. They were very friendly and nice.

Smelt of smoke in the reception area and the stairs leading up to the room. The iron had something badly burnt stuck on the iron face so I didn’t use it in case it got stuck on my clothes. The curtains didn’t fit the whole of the windows so there was space to let light through.

There was a cold, AC is not sufficient to heat entire flat, in the bathroom was no heating, so cold only to take an illness. Big problem with hot watter, we have reserved the appartment with jacuzzi, but there was no hot watter after midnight, what is a pretty important if you offer suite with jacuzzi.. Problem with parking, there is only public parking occupied by staff or other people not client

Without air-conditioning in bedrooms, it got significantly hot during nights. Kitchen was lacking so we had to ask for basic stuff for making food. A better equipped kitchen would be a huge improvement. Refrigerator is small, like what you find in hotel rooms.

Two bedrooms and fairly new apartment. Relativity short distance to city center, although we used the car for any trips. Staff was helpful, as we found some missing kitchen equipment they could arrange. They were available until midnight.

Facilities were pretty basic but that is reflected in the price you pay.

Very inexpensive. Location close to city centre, although to make use of this you have to be pretty agile otherwise walk is a little longer. However, there are ample taxis nearby. Apartment was very clean.

I booked a suite with Spa Bath but it didnt work properly and there was no enough hot water to fill it. Also after filling the bath with water there was no more hot water for shower. I was disappointed for this.

The property had no lift, no iron, soap dispenser not working, no toilet mirror, the light woke us up because the kitchen area had no dark curtains and the other dark curtains didn’t block the light.

Our studio was quite spacious, clean and had free parking in front of the property.

Didn't like the bathroom and its facilities. I expected something better (the poor soap holder didn't work properly together with the showerhead which didn't work at all). I have paid less in other apartments in Prishtina, and the facilities have been much better. Overall, it was good but you need to refurnish the bathrooms.

Short distance from/to the center. Very spacious room/apartment. Comfortable bed. Well functioning Air Conditioner...very warm inside. Clean.

I loved the spaciousness of the apartment and that is nearby the center, but still in a walking distance of everything, in a quiet neighborhood. To beds were very comfy and it was clean. The bathroom is a great plus.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything but still quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was well appointed had a fantastic view and impeccably clean and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
